As of January 2025, we've completed some truly exciting upgrades that we're eager to share with you. The main living area now boasts brand-new luxury LVP flooring, and we've added fresh furniture and décor throughout. For your entertainment, we've upgraded with new smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Plus, we've added a cozy electric fireplace in the living room—a perfect spot to curl up by the fire while enjoying panoramic views of the sparkling ocean.

Upon arrival, you'll step into the open and welcoming kitchen and living area. One of the best features of this condo is the thoughtful layout—unlike many other 2-bedroom rentals, you won't have to walk through a bedroom to enter or exit. To your right, you'll find the first bedroom and one of the two bathrooms. The bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a dresser, and a new 40-inch smart TV. It also offers direct access to the private ocean view balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach.

Across the hall from this bedroom is the first full bathroom, beautifully updated with a modern shower, vanity with a sink, and a new mirror. It's fresh, clean, and perfect for your convenience.

The heart of this condo is the spacious living room, an inviting space to relax and take in endless northern ocean views. Perched on the 4th floor, the views are simply spectacular, not too high, not too low, just the perfect vantage point for watching the waves roll in. The living room features a dining area, queen-sized sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and end tables. A brand-new 50-inch smart TV is also included for your entertainment. The electric fireplace adds a cozy ambiance, and from here, you can step out onto the ocean view balcony, which has been outfitted with new outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the breeze and views.

The kitchen is just off the living area, and it's equipped with everything you need for a stress-free stay. The kitchen features full-size appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. The countertops are custom granite, complementing the cabinetry and appliances beautifully. We've stocked the kitchen with all the essential cookware, utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, dishes, and more, so you can cook and dine at your leisure.

Continuing past the kitchen, you'll find the second bedroom, offering a queen-sized bed, dresser, new 40-inch smart TV, nightstand, and closet space for your belongings. This room also has access to the private ocean view balcony. It features an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, a sleek vanity with a sink, and a mirror.

We've thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so you can pack light! We provide bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and all the essentials you'll need for a relaxing stay. Additionally, we supply "starter toiletries," including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, to make your arrival smooth and easy.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
