Summary:

Second floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with screened in porch overlooking the driving range. Complete kitchen, dining room/ living room combination, washer/ dryer, sleeps 7. Quite golf community and a short drive to the beach. Amenities for everyone to enjoy. Such as: pools, fitness center, tennis courts. Cable TV in living oom. You must be at least 25 yrs of age or older to rent the proeprty. No Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's permitted on property.



The Space:

This unit is in a gated golf community. One Queen bed, 3 Twin beds, Full kitchen, Dining area and Living room. Screened in porch overlooking the driving range. A short drive to the Cherry Grove Beach to where you can have your toes in the sand and surf. You must be at least 25 yrs of age or older to rent the property. No Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's permitted on property.

The Neighborhood:

Gated Golf Community, 24-hour security guard, On site restaurant.



Getting Around:

Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.



Other Things to Note:

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD.

No pets are allowed for renters. Motorcycles/trailers or motor homes are not permitted on the property. Tidewater is a gated community with 24 hour security on site.

No tv service, but nice

The condo was great! My only complaints were, there’s no tv service in any of the rooms or a tv in one room. The washer and dryer are the small apartment sized ones. Other than that, it was quiet and in a good location!

My familys experience

Very nice quite place. Shower in master bedroom didnt work the host said it did yes water comes out of faucet but the shower head is what doesn't work. you have to drive to a different location to pick up and drop off keys to the house. The pool was very nice and loved the screened in porch.

The house met our needs for a short last minute get away. The grounds the property was on great, and the front guards were great and made you feel safe. The property was no smoking but when you opened the door a strong cigar smoke must smell hits you in the face. After driving over 10 hours and craving a shower; immediately found out the shower mechanism was broke and you could only bath; which after a long day in the sand, was a total disappointment. I felt the property was not properly inspected prior to use. I understand it was a holiday weekend; especially after the agent rudely replied reminding me, I still fill like this could have been a fix caught prior to us arriving. All I ask for is a shower and a bed. Again I understand it was a busy holiday weekend but the customer service was unsatisfactory especially when all she could say is someone is coming but after you leave so sorry about your bad luck. .. nothing else offered. I love vrbo but I will never book with the agency here at Cherry grove office ever again. ( not everyone had poor attitude but unfortunately one person ruined it )

Not good place to stay

Renting this property was easy, but the conditions inside are not the best. Dirty sofa cushions; dirty single chair; horrible queen mattress; no cable in bedrooms; no internet; shower in one of bathrooms doesn’t work; broken ironing board: sleeper part of sofa was nasty and broken.

Great Location

The management company for the property was very easy to work with and communicated often with us. My parents (almost 80 years old) didn't have issues getting up the stairs but we carried luggage for them. The golf course is beautiful and has a restaurant onsite. The condo looked just like their pictures and was as described. My only recommendation would be to bring bottled water for drinking.
