    .This is a spacious 4 Bedroom/ 4 Bath condo directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. There are 3 balconies to sit back & enjoy the boats or the beautiful view of the pool. Maybe you want to relax after dinner and watch the sun set, this is the best view around. Did someone say fireworks?? Once again, the balcony will be your favorite place.
    There are flat screens in all the bedrooms as well as in the large Living area. The Dining area has a nice table that seats 8 and the bar at the kitchen will seat 3 more. In the Kitchen you will find any appliance, or cooking gadget you need to make meals for your group and easily spend time with each other in this condo that boasts over 2500 square feet of roomy accommodations.
    There are 4 bedrooms that have their own space in the unit. Every Bedroom has it's own full bathroom & flat screen TV. Bedroom(1) is the Master bedroom and has a king size bed and has a balcony and has a full bathroom, which has 2 sinks ,stand up shower and bathtub . Bedroom (2 ) Is like a master Bedroom and has a king size bed and has a balcony.and has a full size Bathroom, has 2 sinks , stand up shower and a bathtub. Bedroom (3) has a king size bed and has a full bath
    Bedroom( 4) has 2 full size beds and a full bath



    No need to continuously wash clothes or take any home to be washed, we have a full size washer and dryer for your convenience as well. There is nothing spared in our condo, this will ensure a great vacation indeed.
    We have free WiFi in the unit as well as the finest amenities you could ask for right at your fingertips at Barefoot Landing.
    Speaking of Barefoot Landing, have you noticed all the new & exciting plans happening right across the waterway.. you’re in a great location.
    We also have a free shuttle that takes you directly to the beach that stops beside the condo from April- September.
    This resort has large and tropical looking pool .Marina bar restaurant beside the pool, all the golf you could ask for (fees apply), marina onsite with rentals available (fees apply), shopping and restaurants galore.

Golf vacation

We had a wonderful time, this is our third stay with this host. He is very attentive and is happy to help in any way necessary. He is available to give us restaurant advice and for any household needs we might have. We refer people to him all the time and everyone has a wonderful stay. He is a great host and the property is in the perfect location.

Beautiful property

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Barefoot Landing. Sal was readily available to answer questions or for quick repairs. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. The views are awesome and the Monday night fireworks were spectacular.

School’s Out For Summer — Family Trip

We have stayed at many rentals over the years and I have to say this one has been one of the best experiences. The host goes above beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. Even though we were familiar with Myrtle Beach, he gave us heads up on local attractions and restaurant recommendations. The condo was perfect for our family of ten, it was roomy and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Being on the 12 floor offered the most amazing views of the intercoastal water way and the Atlantic Ocean in distance. We highly recommend and would stay there again.

Best Easter Break Ever

The pictures on VRBO is not doing the property justice. It far exceeded all of my expectations. The owner was so helpful with restaurant ideas and things to do. The area is convenient to everything. Best vacation!!

What a nice place to stay. And, Sal is the best host. Had issues with VPN to work from laptop and he connected me with his internet guru quickly. Really nice to have 4 bedroom / 4 bath, great balconies and pool. Really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks again Sal!
