    • Reservation Policy: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the rental property for the entire duration of the stay.
    • Smoking and Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
    • Golf Carts: Golf carts must be rented through Kingston Golf Cart Rental. Personal golf carts (from guests staying outside of Kingston) and/or golf carts rented from other companies are not permitted due to limited parking availability.
    • Motorcycle and Trailer Parking: Motorcycle parking is only allowed in the designated area located in front of the security gate and across from the fitness center, on a first-come, first-served basis. Trailer parking is not permitted at any time.

Short Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time in this lovely property overlooking the ocean and in a perfect location! It is so open- great for enjoying company and entertaining. Beds were comfy and we have no complaints- would totally recommend and stay there again!

Great stay at Margate!

The place was perfect for us and our parents! Everything was great! The owners were always prompt with communications leading up to our stay. Great location for a softball tournament at North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex. We highly recommend this place!

Girls week

The condo was perfect. We loved how roomy the condo was and how comfy the furniture and beds were. The unit was clean, quiet, and beautiful. The views watching the sunsets and sunrise in the balcony amazing, and the kitchen had lots of room and all the necessities. We loved that there were chairs for the beach, and the ease of check in was great. Ive stayed several times at the Margate and this was my favorite condo yet.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with amazing views. Convenient location to grocery, restaurants. Nestled between tanger outlets, barefoot landing and broadway at the beach. Nice amenities - spa, pool. The front desk staff could have been more helpful. We did not realize there were grocery carts or luggage racks until several days into our stay. There was also construction above our condo which forced us to move condos but the Prista staff was accommodating and friendly. We would stay here again.

Refreshing getaway

Our stay at Arcadian Shores was wonderful. What an amazing view! The property was furnished with everything we needed and the beds were especially comfortable. Our kids loved the kitchen island and the cozy couches. The kitchen was well appointed and spacious. We loved staying here and will definitely be coming back!

What a fantastic experience! The condo is beautiful, clean, and accurately described. Pictures don't do it justice -- the decor, comfort, and amenities were most excellent. The property managers were easy to deal with from booking to check-out and everything in betweenm Will definitely be back!
