Beautiful Cottage w/ Pool, Steps to Beach, Free WiFi and parking

Welcome to our vacation home at the Gulfstream Cottages! This stunning second row 2-bedroom cottage provides brand new flooring, furnishings, electronics, and appliances. It's located just crossing street from the ocean!

Our rental features:

- Bedroom #1: king bed, comfortable new bedding set, chest of drawers, 32' smart built-in Wi-Fi 1080p HDTV.

- Bedroom #2: a queen bed and a single bed, cozy new bedding set, chest of drawers, 32' 1080p HDTV.

- Two bathrooms: two full bathrooms, towels, shampoo and soap provided.

- Living room: 46' 3-D smart built-in Wi-Fi HDTV with cable TV program and Netflix, DVD player, high speed internet access; the sleeper sofa is queen-size, comfortable and easy to set up.

- Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, electronics, plates, bowls, paper towels, utensils and cookware.

- Free access to the community outdoor pool, 5 minutes walking distance to miniature golf course, tennis courts, and basketball court.

- Other amenities: coffer maker(both Keurig and standard), toaster, blender, Bella Sandwich Maker, outdoor grill, washing machine & dryer, hairdryer, iron & board etc.

This is a privately-owned home (not managed by rental management company).

I also manage a deluxe oceanfront 1BR/1BA oceanfront condo two blocks away, and a 2BR2BA oceanfront condo near downtown. More information can be found at:

Very clean, comfortable townhouse. Everything in excellent working order. The community pool was fantastic. But the location is not as good as presented in listing. Many neighboring buildings are run down. We often saw sketchy people on the streets by the property. Beach access was challenging and we had to pay for beach parking.

The house was nice . It was clean and it had what we needed for a two week stay . The back yard was nice . It was small but prívate . There is a Walmart whithin a ten minute walk which was so convenient. There are souvenir shops within walking distance. The beach is across the street . We enjoyed our stay and if we go to Myrtle Beach again, we will definitely reach out and stay here again .

Overall impression was nice. There is a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom. The toilet doesn't always flush and other times it will run. Under the bed in the master bedroom has not been swept or vacuumed in a while. We wondered if the housekeeping service was cutting corners. The couch is as comfortable as one would expect for a pull-out couch. The kitchen offered all the things we needed. The dishwasher's bottom tray fell out every time we loaded plates. The air conditioner worked well and there was always hot water. We did not use the pool. Thank you.

It wasn't a bad place to stay it was clean some flaws but not bad i expected to walk out onto the beach as the add stated but wasnt true the beach is although across the street i wiuld stay agin now that i know what to expect it wasnt a bad stay just wasnt what was expected about the beach being a walk out the backdoor

Nice for the price

Overall it was a decent stay. Clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood. I do feel like the guests are asked to do a bit much as far as the housekeeping aspect while staying there. There are several pages of instructions regarding bringing trash cans to the street for cleaning on a certain day, pulling them back inside to the yard on another, setting house alarm systems, etc. and it was posted that if these things were not complete upon checkout they will file a damage claim on you. Wasn’t a fan of that. We were not provided hand soap, laundry detergent, and only found one pod of dishwasher soap under the sink that was punctured and leaking, however I will say that the owner was very apologetic and communicated very well and in a timely manner as well as refunded us 50 for the inconvenience. It wasn’t bad, unsure if I’d stay again but we still enjoyed it.

Great house not a great area

House was immaculate, communication with owner was phenomenal. Houses in the same little village were okay, but the around surrounding the house is NOT where you want to be with family and little kids. We did not feel safe walking down to the ocean. The beach area close to the house was nothing short of gross. We did not know much about areas of Myrtle beach as this was our first visit but we definitely found out this is not the area where we will be staying next time. Sad for the owner because they have been amazing from booking through checkout and I hated to leave a neutral review but I wish someone else would have mentioned this before we booked.

The house is beautiful. The AC went out 2x the owners were excellent in their response. Very good communication The only negative was the floors were dirty. After walking barefoot, I realized they need to talk to their cleaning crew
