¡Nuevo listado! Seaclusion es una casa frente al mar de 6 dormitorios y 6 baños con hermosas vistas al mar desde casi todas las habitaciones de la casa. La casa cuenta con una gran terraza con parrilla de gas propano con vista a la gran piscina / jacuzzi y al área de cubierta de la piscina. La terraza de la piscina tiene sillones / mesa y sillas para disfrutar de una comida junto a la piscina y con vistas al Atlántico azul. ¡Cuatro de las seis habitaciones están frente al mar con vistas panorámicas del océano! La casa tiene un plano de planta muy abierto con mesa de billar (con vista al océano), una gran cocina abierta a la sala de estar / comedor y un montón de asientos en las dos mesas del comedor y el área de la sala de estar.

-6 Sillas de playa para uso de inquilinos.
-No se permiten motocicletas ni remolques ni mascotas.
-El número máximo de vehículos es de 5.

Great location, older home, layout is good, manager is challenging and bring own items!

The check in and check out process was easy and great. The gate and location are perfect. Close to the beach and easy to get to and home for lunch and afternoon storms. There is good beach chairs, pool is nice we had to add cold water due to the temps when we were there. The layout and openness for our family was great. The upstairs porch was nice as well. We were there with our four children. We played pool until midnight and the neighbors complained. The pool table had two broken pockets that the manager wanted to charge us for, luckily we had proof of damage on the day we arrived in photos. Along with the carpet upstairs that had previous stains. The upstairs carpet and bathrooms are older. The home was clean. There is no vacuum, I asked upon arrival but was never informed where one could be. You need to bring your own beach towels, hand soaps, dish soap, detergent, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, kitchen counter cleaners, paper towels etc.

Wonderful home and location in Myrtle Beach!!

This property was amazing - actually even better than in the photos online. Debbie was great to work with - quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. The location is perfect - close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the beach and the house. We had 9 people ranging from 3-70 and all loved our time here! Would highly recommend this property and hope to visit here again!

Stunning home and gorgeous views!

This home is beautifully appointed and located. Every bedroom was super spacious and had amazing views of the water and beach. The pool was perfect as well. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and plentiful. The pool water was lovely. The laundry room with the second refrigerator was spacious and comveniently near the kicthen. So much space and so many closets with shelves. The decks were new and very nice. Definitely recommend this property for a large family or friends trip. I was worried about the proximity of the nearby hotels but the strectch of beach front this home and its neighbor's have was very quiet and expansive. It's a lovely stretch of beach front. We went from beach to pool and back and forth all day. The amenities and thoughtfulness of the home were great. The outdoor shower rinse from the beach, the space. The decor just lovely. The pool table and bar area were a great added touch!

your own mini beachfront compound

Sea-Clusion is by far the nicest property I’ve ever rented through VRBO. From the gated entry to the renter accessible 3 car garage to the timeless house itself with numerous fantastic ocean views, you will not be disappointed. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Family Vacation

We stayed in this gorgeous property for a week over the 4th of July. There is not one negative thing I can think to say. Debbie was beyond helpful and the view was unbelievable! If we weren’t on the beach, which was maybe 50 yards away, we were in the pool. A Publix grocery store located only a few blocks away made it very convenient to cook many of our own meals in a kitchen that had everything we needed. If you have an opportunity to visit Myrtle Beach, I would recommend this property hands down!!

Beach front spacious house for a great getaway

We really enjoyed our time staying at this property. Having the beach right outside your back door and private pool made it so convenient for our group of friends with 3 couples and kids age 9-16. There was not a bad view from any of the 3 master suites or the downstairs living area. The grounds, private gate, driveway, 3 car garage were impeccably maintained. The beds were very comfy and the house was clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Also the owners/property manager were quick to fix a smoke detector issue and available for any issues.

Wonderful

First off, Debbie the lady who handles this property is amazing. Always quick to answer any questions you may have. She took care of any possible thing we needed. Now for the house, it was amazing. The outside space is wonderful, the pool was great. Plenty of space for our family and another family we always go on vacation with. There were a total of 12 of us, 6 kids ranging from age 1-12, plus 6 adults and it was perfect. We had a wonderful time. The only thing that I will say which is not really a negative is the gate/ driveway. We have an XL suv and so does the other family we travel with so the parking situation was a little difficult the first day, but once we got it figured out that it was easier for us to back in then pull in we were good to go. The gate looked tight for us but it actually isn’t once you get used to it. Wonderful house to vacation at and will definitely be back!

Annual Family Vacay was a HUGE success

Every year we vacation as a large family to the beach, 13 to sometimes 17 folks (ages 5- 75). This year we had 13 and the house had ample space and loads of entertainment (pool table, pool, games- easy access to the beach). Debbie was great! She was always quick to respond via text or phone call whenever anyone in our party had a question prior to our arrival. When we were there, if there was an issue, no matter how small or large, we were well taken care of. There hasn't been a more responsive PM to date that can top her attention and haste when issues arose. Speaking of issues... there were only two- one was a clogged drain which really wasn't a big deal- just noting it was clogged. She had someone out the very next day to fix. Secondly, our upstairs HVAC unit stopped working. This being somewhat important on our hot July visit, she had someone out same day. Thank goodness. The house is/was great. The best part for us, was how close we were to the beach. We could allow our children to go back and forth to the house without much supervision, which was extremely nice! We really enjoyed our stay and look to revisit next year. Thank you Debbie and Thank you to your homeowners.

Excellent beach house.

We needed to check in very last minute and reserve. Our beach house we had reserved through an agency was not fit to stay in. We messaged about the house and received very quick feedback, rented through vrbo and got access within no time. This saved our vacation!! The house is wonderful, needs very comfortable, amenities wonderful, pool and hot tub exceptional. Thank you!!

We had an excellent time with our extended family. We had a group of 8 adults and 8 children ranging from 6-13 years old. Debbie was excellent and immediately addressed any questions we had. Wonderful home for Family bonding!

Perfect home for a wonderful bonding experience for our family who lives spread across country. Watching the Grandkids (17-21 YO) function as adults. Plenty of room for "the kids" to work remote and take classes online when needed. Pool table provided hours of laughs for players and spectators. When a minor issue was brought forward, it was addressed within hours. Easy access to the beach, crystal clear pool, plenty of room to sit outside, great assortment of kitchen items provided. Grocery store within a mile as well. After being depleted during Covid, my heart is filled with love from our stay here. Rejuvenating!

Perfect for our family reunion

While a small family reunion after Covid, this house was just perfect for our gathering of 11. The view was absolutely stunning and the pool, spa, and billiard table were all hits. The kitchen was stocked very well which was wonderful since we ate in for most meals. We definitely look forward to returning!

Coronavirus Vacation 2020

This was our family's first ever vacation together. We are a blended family. I have 2 children (son, 38 & daughter, 33) and my husband has a son, 26. My son has 2 children 3 & 5 and my daughter has 4 children, 10,8,5 & 3. We went out on a limb and planned a whole week vacation, hoping & praying for the best as we have had a strained relationship with our son-in-law. He came down on Sunday (we arrived Sat) and the plan was he would stay until Wednesday. Well by Wednesday he was trying to figure out a way to stay another day, Thursday arrived and he was trying to figure out a way to stay till Friday!!!! Unfortunately he had to leave for a work issue on Thursday, but he stayed as long as he could on Thursday. He texted multiple times to say how much he enjoyed his time at the house and with the family. This was the most memorable time our family has spent together!! We loved the pool, the closeness of the beach, the pool table (my hubby's sport) and the spaciousness of the house. Plenty of seating for everyone at the tables, as we cooked every meal instead of taking the risk of going out to restaurants and catching the dread Coronavirus. The private bedrooms with their ensuites accommodated each adult and was spacious and very comfortable. The girls (2) had their own cute little oasis and the boys (3) had their private "club" area. The house has gracious plenty of room for everybody for anything. Playing pool, dining, movie watching, playing hide-n-seek, cornhole by the pool and on the deck and acting out PJ Masks cartoons!!!! LOL We even had family photos taken on the beach!! I can't thank the Gautheirs enough for their hospitality and for opening their beautiful home to our family... The home was well equipped, clean, and cozy. Loved the open living space. Beds were all comfortable, and rooms stayed nice and cool. The house has great water pressure, which is always nice when removing the layers of sunscreen. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.
