Accommodates up to 12 guests in this 1660 sqft Oceanfront 4BR Condo Located in the Palms Tower. As you enter the room youll have four private bedrooms - two guest bedrooms with one queen bed, one guest bedroom with two queens and a king in the master. This condo also has three full baths - one with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The dining room and full kitchen with granite counter tops complete with dishwasher and washer / dryer. The living room comes with a queen size sofa bed to make sleeping arrangements a breeze. This room also comes with 5 TVs and 5 DVD players, as well as free wireless internet. 7 Night Minimum June, July and August - arrive any day.

Really liked the layout of the property. Rooms could be updated. Did not leave many supplies that most properties leave. View was very nice.

Cheer competition trip

4 families stayed here for our daughters cheer comp, and it was perfect. The rooms were spacious, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private balconies, kitchen and dining area, plenty of parking, and perfect location. The kids loved getting ready together, we saved a ton of money sharing the Vrbo as opposed to a hotel room, and the kids loved the indoor water park too. Highly recommend!

The space was nice with a great view. It was not clean and when we reported an issue with the exhaust fan making a terrible racked no one ever responded. The beds were not comforable Just a tired property. A good cleaning would go a long way.

It was alright not for over 3 days stay.

We only stayed here for one night so if it were longer it would be given less stars. The good parts were the view, it’s just amazing you can’t beat it, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the pool and water slides were fun my kids had a blast. The bad stuff was the condition of the condo. The one room with the double beds in it, the bed closest to the balcony was completely broken and had a very weird stain on the one side. Like if you sat on it you could hear metal scraping. We lucked out that the people we were supposed to share the condo with couldn’t make it or it would have been a problem. Next is the floors whatever they do to clean them make them slippery and then tacky when dried. The next and two biggest things were the kitchen stove and the living room couch. In the kitchen one of the coils on the stove were broken and popped up (again we didn’t use but if we stayed longer it would have been a problem) also the refrigerator had no stops on the door so you couldn’t use the shelves or everything would fall out. The final thing was that when we got there I found two dead bugs on the floor (beetles not roaches) but still I was told it was just cleaned so those shouldn’t be there. The next and worse thing was the couch. It had stains all over it and smelled musty. My wife refused to sit on it that’s how bad it was. So to wrap it up with a few fixes and touch ups this place could be great to stay at but unless they are taken care of I would steer clear if you’re staying more than 3 days.

Wonderful! Perfect! Clean!

Beautiful resort and an amazing condo! It was huge and very clean! Was beyond our expectations! Kids loved the waterpark and the oceans view was breathtaking! Will definitely be returning in the future!

Spacious and great ocean views

Enjoyed the spacious 4 br, 3 ba, condo. Plenty of room for the family. only drawback is the refrigerator started freezing my vegetables. definitely need to check it out. This place will be on my list of vacation destinations for the family
