Our beachfront apartment features two queen beds, a private bathroom, and full-sized appliances. This beachside condo can accommodate up to 4 people. You can enjoy the ocean's beauty while watching the sunrise from your own private balcony facing the water. Some of the amenities include three lazy rivers, seven hot tubs, two indoor and two outdoor pools, a large kid-friendly fun activity pool area, and more! This fantastic condo is available in a wonderful resort!

The Neighborhood:

This resort by the beach offers many amenities. These include pools with views of the ocean, a spacious pool deck with gathering spots, indoor and outdoor whirlpools, and a lazy river ride. There's even an indoor swimming pool! For families, there's a kid-friendly interactive splash and play area. The resort is conveniently located next to the Family Kingdom Amusement Park and just a short drive from the beach. Within a short drive, you can also reach Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, and Market Common. Additionally, many well-known area eateries, shops, golf courses, and attractions are just a short drive away. And the best part is, there's free wifi!



Getting Around:

It's highly recommended to use ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft, as well as Turo.



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following rules and information:



- Smoking is prohibited in this room and on the balcony. This condo is privately owned, not a hotel room, so please treat it with the same care as you would your own home. Although there is no constant on-site presence, we will strive to address any issues promptly.



IMPORTANT NOTICE: Renovations is being done on some parts and sections of Compass Cove Resort. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.



Guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, kids' slide area, or fitness center.



IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guests will not have access to the waterslides. All other amenities are accessible. except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.



PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.

Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.
