Start making Myrtle Beach memories at this comfortable, spacious house, ideally located within walking distance of both the beach and the shops, restaurants, and attractions of S. Kings Hwy. Spend the morning relaxing in your screened porch, cup of coffee in hand. Inside, you’ll find vaulted ceilings and an open layout, combining the living room, dining area, and full kitchen. The chef will love the ample counter space and full suite of appliances, and little helpers will love perching at the barstools to taste test their creations.

Spend days at the beach, playing mini-golf, visiting an amusement park, or just relaxing by the complex pool, and spend evenings relaxing at home in the central AC. Use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media, then step out to the balcony for an easy dinner on the gas grill. With five TVs and free cable, everyone can find something to watch, but evenings are best spent back outside in the screened porch, toasting your good luck at booking the perfect Myrtle Beach getaway.

**Note the pool is shared with other five houses in this little beach community.

We had such a wonderful stay in Myrtle Beach! The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and attractions, but still quiet enough to relax. The host was welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. This rental truly made our trip memorable, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We loved the house! Plenty of room for all of us and the lay out was fantastic. It would be helpful to have more than 8 place settings of dishes and silverware. We were a group of 10. The Tv in the bedroom downstairs next to the porch didn’t work. Garage door opener on the right side didn’t work. The dryer could only dry 3 towels at a time. Since we were a group of 10 that was a bit of a disadvantage. Location was fabulous and we loved the proximity to so many things. Great vacation.

We arrived at the time we were told - property had t been cleaned. We waited over an hour. Got in, still wasn’t cleaned. Kid got glass in foot. House was not well maintained. The mattress is so old was like sleeping on boards. Then the owner/manager tried to tell us we had to leave 2 days earlier than our contract bc they “over booked” we were in the middle of a softball tourney. Was rude- on top of fact we booked in January. Was a nightmare. NEVER AGAIN.

Great stay safe stay will love to return

Very clean except sheets had to be changed brought new ones but cleaning crew came right away to fix it. We enjoyed nice calm neighborhood. Safe for children . We were able to vacation as we needed. We will love to reserve again for summer. Please contact me at 9292585253

Golf trip

The house could have been little cleaner. I felt sand on my feet when walking around in my bare feet in the house. One of the legs on the master bedroom bed was broken. We wanted to use the grill on the deck but the grill was in poor condition. Besides that the house was enjoyable.

A Great Place To Stay

We definitely made the right choice booking this house on Sanibel Court. The house is very nice, and our host kept great communication and was truly concerned about making sure we had an enjoyable stay. We would certainly stay here again the next time we vacation in Myrtle Beach.

Location, Location, Location!

House was nice and big for a large family of 10, 4 bedrooms and 3 sofa beds! Nice large kitchen, loved the access to a washer and dryer and a two car garage with an extra parking spot next to the main entrance. The best part was being a short 4 minute walk to the beach, we also had access to the community pool which we had the luxury of enjoying it all to ourselves all week. Would definitely stay again! Also would love to mention, we had a small issue with the A/C but Janet was super responsive and had someone out the next day.
