First time booking on VRBO and with this host and I'm EXTREMELY disappointed and disgusted. The condo did not match the reviews at all for cleanliness!! EXTREMELY dirty, dusty, and needs a complete deep clean. We had to go immediately and purchase almost everything from plates, silverware, sheets, pillows, cleaning products, blankets, towels, ect. Host was useless and just quit communicating. Offered to send a cleaning person but with minor children I declined as this should have been done before we checked in and not interrupting our short vacation. Will be contacting VRBO with screenshots on our conversation with the host and the plentiful pictures from when we checked in. DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT NOR WITH THIS HOST!!!

This hostess is my preferred provider! I will look for a rental hosted by them first every time! We have even changed our dates to get a suite hosted by them! Always the cleanest around! Responds immediately when you have needs! The pools at this resort are top notch as well!

We were basically only there to sleep as we had family matters to tend to. The check in process was confusing and not explained well by condo owner. The condo was fairly nice. We had an issue with the smoke detector beeping and the condo owner and the front desk we unhelpful in getting that resolved. It looks like just taking the detector out as it was done in the bedroom was how it would have been handled if anyone would have addressed it. Insafe practice in my opinion. Also had very loud neighbors, playing loud music and being very loud until1:00-2:00am. Being on the 8th floor did offer a great view. Will not stay on the property again

Overall the place itself was great! Clean place, pools/hot tubs and bar area was well maintained and was great for kids and adults. BE AWARE of hidden fees and deposits to be able to check-in. Unfortunately for us it was last minute reservations so agreed to deposit but was charged a fee. Reached out in app and over email and didn’t receive a response regarding additional fee. I was able to check in early (with a fee). We noticed when checking out that the key card to the garage didn’t work (we didn’t leave the property before that!) the host was responsive for everything else though. If you want breakfast at the hotel, be prepared to pay cash.

The view of the beach from our balcony was great. The unit was very quiet. Communication by the owner was thorough and very helpful. We like the list of restaurants recommended by previous tenants.Info on when the card is needed to access the building could have been more clear.

Fun but very short visit.

We have a great stay just too short. The condo was well kept. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and fun in the pool, hot tub and lazy river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Great place to stay! Would definitely stay again. The pools, hot tubs, lazy river and beach are exactly as pictured. Food at the bar downstairs by the pool area is good and not horribly priced for the convenience of it. Communication with host was easy and reliable. We had no issues during our stay. Everyone was nice. The hotel staff were also friendly!

Great time condo was very nice exactly as described

We had a great time enjoyed having a restaurant and bar on the premises. The condo was exactly as described on the website very nice and cozy highly recommend. Only downside is kinda far from the boardwalk.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, well stocked and the view was beautiful. The beach is steps away, fun activities near the pool and tiki bar in the evenings. Small convenience store about a block away. Communications and check in was perfect.We will definitely be back. Thank you Janet for sharing your condo with us!

Excellent!!!!

Very clean condo!! We were able to check on early for a small fee. The appliances were very nice and it was nice to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner! My boyfriend and I had a really good time! I would recommend this condo to anyone!
