Quiet second floor Beachfront Condo with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.

  • Welcome to our two bedroom ocean front condo. Out condo has 1400 square feet inside, with 300 more square feet of private balcony space. The bedrooms each have a private balcony opening up either directly to the Atlantic Ocean or with ocean view. There are two additional balconies, one more ocean front and one ocean view accessed from the family room. Staying here you are just a short elevator ride, or two flights of stairs from the boardwalk to the beach at this beautiful gated community.

    The master suite has a king size bed, office desk and chair, smart TV, closet and private bathroom with a double vanity. The master bedroom has a private ocean front balcony that is a great place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a relaxing afternoon refreshment.

    The second bedroom has two queen size beds and a private balcony with views of the Atlantic and one of the buildings pools. The second bedroom has a TV for the kids or travel companions to watch something as they unwind at night.

    The condo has a full kitchen and breakfast area. The kitchen has a single oven with cooktop and a microwave over the cooktop. there is a toaster and coffee maker out on the counter, and a blender, hand mixer and pots and pans in the cupboard.

    The sitting room has two additional balconies, one ocean front and one ocean view. The sitting room has two padded armchairs and a queen size sleeper sofa for one or two people to sleep. The sitting room has a TV and throw blankets to cozy up in the evening.

    The unit also has a full size, stacked washer and dryer available for guests use in the front hallway. We hope you choose to enjoy your time in Myrtle Beach in our home away from home.

Steps from the beach!

It was our first time to Myrtle Beach and wanted a safe place to stay. This second story condo was amazing and in the gated community of Kingston plantation. I highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed in the South Hampton Condominium complex on numerous occasions. We were not disappointed on this stay as well. The condo was neat, clean and weak furnished with all of the amenities need for our stay.

What a great stay! We have been coming to the Kingston Plantation properties for many years - but this one is our new favorite. Great views in a relaxed location. Give this one a try (just not on the week we want it)!

Amazing time!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and comfortable. It had a PERFECT view of the ocean- we loved sitting out on the balcony in the evenings! Phil and Sarah were amazing hosts and quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely stay again!

Awesome Condo on the Beach!

Great ocean front condo in a great location. It was very clean and well furnished. We loved that every room has a balcony with a direct view to the ocean. The hosts, Phil & Sarah, are great and were always available for any questions. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo on the beach with a beautiful oceanfront view. Our family stayed for a week here and thoroughly enjoyed the rental. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The property was quiet (no fireworks, strictly enforced pool hours) and well-staffed. We had slight confusion with the address provided directing us to the hotel next door. The host was extremely quick to respond and help us. We would highly recommend staying and would definitely return as a family.
