Come to stay at Sea Cloisters! This beautiful first-floor condo offers a rare direct access to the pool and beach from the screened porch! Just steps from the sand, the condo will sleep eight people comfortably. The living room and master bedroom open onto the screened in porch, and you'll love the updated kitchen and the tiled floors throughout. There is a large flat screen TV in the living area, and all 3 bedrooms have flat screens. With 2 full, beautiful bathrooms, this condo will suit everyone. You'll love the comfort this condo offers, both inside and outside! It is also available for last minute nightly reservations, and for winter rental as well!

Sea Cloisters I is located 3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story oceanfront complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Go for a swim from Easter/April 1 to October 31 in the outdoor oceanfront pool. Take a short walk down to the beach and enjoy some fun in the sun, sand, and surf. There is no elevator at Sea Cloisters I. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Sorry, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.

All good but the Rat

Nice place, enjoyed the beach, but had a rat appear Friday evening on the screen porch, and on Saturday morning the rat was in the house eating the garbage!!!!! Doors were very much closed Friday eve. Call to Dunes was worthless - all they said was “ok” like it was their fifth rat of the day. Won’t be back here!

AC Issues!

Upon check in into the condo, I noticed the AC was not working. Had to immediately call maintenance. Good response time and we thought they fixed it. Unfortunately, they did not. Went out again a few days later and they could not fix it. They offered us another condo but it wasn’t on the ground floor and we would have to use the elevator which would not work for our family. We checked out after a long night in the heat. It is a good location with the pool right outside the back porch. We know things like this happen but it did interrupt our entire vacation. Waiting on the refund which they told me would take 7-10 days and we are on day 10 now.
