Our renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Arcadian Dunes combines comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. The community offers everything you need to relax and play, including two swimming pools, a sauna, picnic areas with grills, and even a bar & restaurant, Harry the Hats — perfect for when you want to stay close to home.

The space
Located on the 3rd floor (walk-up), the condo is bright and thoughtfully furnished for your stay.

Kitchen – Fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and abundant natural light, it’s ready for everything from a quick snack to a holiday meal.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: King Bed + Twin Futon

Second Bedroom: Queen Bed + Twin Bed

Living Room: Sofa Bed

That’s 5 separate beds — plenty of room so everyone has their own space.

Balcony – Start your mornings with coffee in the sunshine or wind down with the evening breeze.

The closet by the entryway contains all the beach gear you might need: umbrellas, a wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and toys.
Guest access
You’ll have full access to the condo (excluding owners’ closets) plus all Arcadian Dunes amenities.

The closest beach access is Hibben Memorial Public Beach — just a 6–8 minute walk (or 2-minute drive) straight down Lake Arrowhead Road.

That access point has bathrooms and an outdoor shower for your convenience.
Other things to note
This is a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator.

No motorcycles, scooters, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on property (per HOA rules).

Parking passes are required and can be purchased at the HOA office for $20 per vehicle (valid for your entire stay). Limit: 2 cars.

Guest age requirement: The reservation holder must be 25+ to check in and obtain parking passes.

Maximum occupancy: 6 adults.

No balcony grilling (community grills are available).

Trash dumpsters are located on-site for guest use
