Room smelled pretty bad upon entry. After purchasing air fresheners and a fan it cleared out. Mattresses and furniture were uncomfortable and carpets were vacuumed but dirty. Resort was close to activities and restaurants. Parking was easy. Indoor and outdoor pool areas and warmed water. I would recommend the resort.

The view was beautiful, for the price everything was great & as i expected. A little outdated & could use new beds however it was clean, stocked and ready for us. Pools are easy to access and the beach is easily accessible for someone with limited mobility. Close to all the stores and strip. I would definitely book this room again.

What a great trip. The condo was close to the airport (max 10 minutes). Check in was super easy and communication with the host was great. Condo was on the 15th floor. It felt like you were on a cruise ship looking out at straight water. The view was breathtaking.Kitchen was helpful to be able to cook in. Stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and plates. Do not go to the general store across the street, it's overpriced and they overcharged you. There was other grocery stores and dollar general 10 minute walk.I did not have a car so I can't speak about parking, but easy access to cabs to airport via Lyft. Pools are heated and towels are available down by the pool.Book your trip today!

Ck in was easy. A couple things are needed in the kitchen. The living room needs new furniture and tables to make it look clean and updated. The room itself was clean just the furniture and curtain need replacing.

Our condo was just what we needed. We had everything we needed only had to purchase our food for our stay. Had a great view of the ocean and the fireworks they did from the pier. We also had the family kingdom amusement park just to the left of us. Plenty of pools for all ages.

Beach trip

It was overall decent. Would not suggest for a large group. We had 7 total and it was a bit cramped even though the listing states it sleeps 7. It could use some updates and renovations. The housekeeper was awesome and very helpful.

Mostly all was good. Dryer kept breaking so had yo make several trips yo laundry mat. Should have had more towels, we were 1 short for our party. There was not a bkanket for pull out so had to buy one also. Beds need to be replaced not to comfortable. Nice oceanfront facility. Nice location. Checkin was great even got into room early. Pools were nice, but no tiki bar at facility. Property manager was great and tried hard to get dryer fixed even enjoyed a talk with her. Walkable distance to alot of attractions, even parasailing. Property manager told us of a tiki bar on beach right next door. Room had everything to cook except a turner/spatula, we had to purchase one and just left in room for others. To use gym or laundry you need to get a key card from lobby room only comes with physical key, would be nice to have a key pad to make it more accessible. Overall not bad stay most likely will not stay here again with a group of 7, kinda small. Would consider staying when my husband and I travel alone.

Issues that we found

The placed was comfortable. However, the placed had some issues. The towels were stained, the bathroom walls had damaged, and the living area walls had some damaged. In addition, the complex stated is was a non-smoking however, every night the hallways smelled like pot. We had some issues with the ice machine not working when we arrived but the issued was resolved.

Great place right on the beach

The condo was clean, neat and tidy! It was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. The only negative aspect was getting in, because there is an Alice in wonderland eat me drink me vibe to opening the door as the key box is a foot and a half off the floor, it has a combination and a stubborn 2 part box that is difficult to open.But otherwise great!

Anniversary of 44 year stay!

The room was perfect but the view from the balcony stunning! Pool hits who could ask for more! The owner was super prompt with check in info and check out! I will definitely look for his properties again!
