Parking is free in parking garage, right across the street, pick up a parking pass from front desk. Starbucks and Ben & Jerry’s located on the 1st floor of the parking garage.

You can sit on the Balcony, sip your coffee and view the beautiful sunrise every morning. It is Beautiful. The Resort is on the same street at Broadway at the Beach. Ocean Blvd runs along the front of the Caribbean Resort.

Very close to everything, walking, Uber easily get you where you want to go.

* For Chemical Tans; please bring your own sheets for the beds
* Damages exceeding the Deposit will be billed to the Guest and
Reported to Airbnb
Excessive noise is. We’re not going to monitor your every move, have a good time, just don`t hold parties or make excessive noise. Please respect our home.
While we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you put away any dishes in the dishwasher or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
Additional guest inside the house than the amount listed on the original reservation. Our maximum amount is 6 guests.
You are required to notify us of any additional extra guest.
Quiet hours are set at 11pm-8am.
The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the trash can we`ve provided in the bathroom. A plunger is provided in the condo. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)`
Please take out trash daily.
Please put the food on the plates inside the trash and taken out daily and prior to checkout.
If there is an immediate maintenance issue, we reserve the right to enter the property with no notice. We will knock multiple times prior to entering.
The individual booking the reservation must be over the age of 21 years old, we reserve the right to verify.
