For the most part it was a great stay. The room its self was good and comfortable. However, the 1st day I get there the AC was set to 75, so I turned it down to 70 bc it was quite hot out. After a little over an hour still showing its 75 in there and the vents were not blowing cold air. So i call the # provided to call if any issues and also texted Chanda bc she put her # on the keys. Chanda never responded to me til the day we were checking out so 4 days later. Also when I called the contact us # there was such a sweet female that answered, I told her the issue and she said nothing would be able to be done til the morning. And I was like thats not ok I paid a good amount for this room I shouldnt have to suffer and be hot all night, and she said "well the problem is the people before you didnt say there was an issue with the AC" so I was like umm ok I am not sure how that matters because I literally just got here like an hour ago and the AC is still not working. So she said she'd call someone and call me back, so 2 hours go by nothing so i call her back and then FINALLY she has her maint guy text me and he has me turn breaker off and back on which seemed to be the fix for a bit. However, something must've went wrong while we were sleeping bc when we woke up it was back to 75. Texted the maint guy and he had someone come fix it while we were out on the beach and from then on no other issues. How the AC issue was handled and delayed was just unprofessional to me.
