Corner Unit with Ocean View! Our 4BR/3BA condo with elevator access is located in Coconut Grove, North Myrtle Beach, SC. Two direct public beach access points immediately in front of building. Large open floor plan ideal for family time and meals. 2 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds, & 4 twin beds (bunk beds. No sofa beds.) Lots of upgrades for 2025! New LVP in bedrooms, new bedding, beverage fridge, 3 new flat screen smart TV's & other upgrades. Charcoal Grills are available in garage area as well as picnic seating. Enjoy the oversized balcony with polywood seating for 6 and ocean view. It is the perfect location for your family vacation or beach getaway. Sleeps up to 12 people. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath with tub/shower and a separate shower. One bedroom contains two queen beds, private bath with double vanity & tub/shower. There are two bunk beds (4 twin beds) in another room and it shares a Jack and Jill bath with tub/shower with the remaining king bedroom. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV. Pillows: 4 King, 12 Standard/queen.The kitchen is fully stocked including 2 blenders, slow cooker, mixer, ice cream maker, and anything else you may need. Walk across the street to the beach or enjoy a swim in the on-site pool. There are two reserved parking spaces located in the parking lot below the building. Spaces are clearly labled 301 and are located directly across from the elevator. We have provided two parking passes that can be found on the counter in the kitchen. These must be used at all times while parked on the property in your appropriate parking spaces. No trailers are allowed. Parking is strictly enforced and vehicles will be towed if they are not appropriately parked. WiFi is available. The Network ID and password are on a note on the the refrigerator. LINENS, BATH TOWELS & WASH CLOTHS PROVIDED...Bring Beach towels & hand towels.

loved the layout of the condo, location to the beach, and the pool. The only thing the adults commented on were the beds, they are very mushy and could use an upgrade. Also, the lights in the master closet and laundry area do not work.

Once again we had a great experience with our stay at bubbles up. This is our 2nd time staying here and we definitely plan on staying here again. Lots of space, very clean, quiet area away from all the crowd perfect for families.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was as described. Our friends arrived before we did, but the unit was clean and the owner provided a starter kit with toiletries which was nice. Plenty of space to put out food in the cabinets. Lots of wine glasses! Great location and 2 parking spots were great. Communication with Starlotte was great, she was very responsive. We all thought the beds were not really comfortable. The ice maker in the fridge wasn’t working for some reason, we couldn’t figure it out, but it wasn’t a big deal, we just bought bags of ice. Overall a great stay, would definitely rent again.

Location was great! Easy beach access and convenient to shops. Condo was amazing and more spacious than imagined! Balcony was awesome. Kids enjoyed having a tv in the bedrooms.

Fun at North Myrtl Beach

Great location with super easy access to beach and restaurants. Downside was very uncomfortable bunks. Kitchen mostly well equipped - could use cookie sheet. Assigned parking spaces convenient to stairs/elevator but awkward to get parked. Lots of TVs but we never turned them on! Much better location for us than Myrtle Beach proper. Would stay again if in NMB.

North Myrtle Beach rental

Fun time at the beach

We had a great time relaxing in this space during our recent stay! I unfortunately broke a bone in my knee 2 days before coming so I could say it is fairly easy to navigate in a wheelchair and/or crutches! Thanks for a great time!

The place is exactly how it is in the picture. The beach is supper close. There are stores near by and whole bunch to things to do. The only downside was the pool water is always cold. Other then that its a great place to stay.

I would highly recommend this condo!

I would highly recommend this condo! The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The well stocked kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The large deck was a wonderful place to sit and have morning coffee and watch the sunset in the evening. Our family had a wonderful family vacation. We would definitely return to this condo. We also love the area as everything was just a short drive to most popular places and the beach was not real crowded. It was perfect for our family. The owner was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

PERFECT SPOT FOR A CELBRATION

This was a beautiful apt. and we were extremely comfortable. The photos certainly show what a wonderful place this is We loved walking across the street to the beach, having a blast in the ocean waves and later taking an afternoon swim in the small pool. The temperature was very hot so we appreciated the shaded pool. It was fun to visit with each other on the balcony. I would happily stay here again if travel with my wheelchair bound husband was not so challenging. Everything between this beautiful spot and reuniting with children and grandchildren made this the perfect spot to celebrate our 50th anniversary.

Great Location and Excellent Setup

We couldn't be happier with both the location of the condo and the condo itself. The beach is a very short walk (just across the street) and the neighborhood was wonderfully quiet. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Also the property manager was excellent and helpful. Check in was a breeze.

Blended Bunch at the Beach

The perfect size for our big blended family of eight plus a few friends. There was plenty of room to spread out, but also a gathering space around the dining table. The well equipped kitchen was great for cooking family meals. The only challenge of the week was fitting our SUV in the tight garage parking spaces.

Spacious Condo

Very nice. This condo was perfect for grandparents, parent, and grandchildren vacationing together. The condo was clean, spacious, well equipped, and had very easy access to the beach. The balcony afforded ample seating a nice views of the ocean. This was our first vacation together in two years ( COVID); and, we thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations.
