Absolutely loved our stay, location and the room with a perfect view. Our only complaint was the balcony door having a ine sided handle. The entire room was perfect. Loved the big open kitchen with ocean view while cooking. The master bedroom was the best we've ever stayed in. Highly recommend this place.

Check in was frustrating, condo wasn’t cleaned and available til 6:45 pm. Kitchen utensils were very basic, had to do quite a bit of work on check out, such as pulling sheets off of beds and gathering all linens. Location was nice.

Beachside Getaway

It’s an amazing location right on the beach with an AMAZING view of the water and the beach. It was the perfect location with lots of things to do around it and we had so much fun. The only thing we would’ve liked clarification on would have been the departure cleaning expectations. There were several different instructions throughout the condo which made it confusing as to what was truly expected of us when we left.

It was filthy. The master bath shower had mold in it. The beds were pee stained and looked to be blood stained on the master bed I have pictures if it all. They said they would send me coupons for future stay with them but haven’t seen anything from Elliott beach.

Beautiful view

Love the closeness to the water, and the general location. Unit is pretty and clean, but could use some fresh paint. Looking a bit worn. Love the walls of windows. Common areas look fresh. Dishwasher started leaking, and it was unnerving that when the repairman made his 2nd visit, we did not receive any warning of his arrival. He apparently let himself in with no warning to us whatsoever. Not a safe or professional way to handle that situation.

Weekend Getaway

As stated in other reviews, some cleanliness issues & living room/dining room chairs stained/worn/ripped (image in listing is not this unit). But, beds were very comfortable and the proximity to the beach was outstanding. Views from the private deck & bedroom were lovely. Amenities on property were well maintained. Note: The office to check in and pick up / drop off keys was 15+ minutes from this unit. We hadn't rented a car as the condo is only about 5 miles from the airport. It took 40 minutes to travel from the airport to the rental office and then back toward the airport to get to the condo (plus a $60+ cab fare). That said, the rental office was accommodating when we objected to traveling back to the office to return the key before going to the airport at the end of our stay. Overall, relaxing and a positive experience.

Girl's Trip

Loved the location! Check in was a little more difficult as we had to go to a different location to get the keys. In our excitement the details in the email were not completely understood. Overall the unit was pretty clean. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced as the legs of the kitchen chairs do not all have pads and the beautiful new floor runs the risk of being scratched. The one chair in the family room needs to be replaced as well. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Overall it was a great experience for our group!

The location was exactly what and where we wanted. The property cleanliness needed a little help. Master shower needed a cleaning. The door wall needed to be cleaned on the inside and the outside. Not sure when the last time it was done. Several of the kitchen cabinet doors need to be adjusted so they would close properly.

The view was marvelous! The location is great if you are adults- everything is in a short drive and there were not many children. The staff was always helpful and friendly. This condo's listing is deceiving. It is in need of an update, some bathroom maintenance, and new dining/living room furniture. Again, the staff, checkin, and view are stunning-simply this is equivalent to glamping;) Happy traveling and thank you to Regency Towers staff for simply being wonderful!

The furniture is very dated. Dining chairs were in taters. The second bedroom was very sparse, one dresser (quite old) . No mirror , no bedside table. The master bedroom was adequate but again dated. The bed was very high and hard for my 5’ 3” wife to get up on. The air filter was almost totally occluded. Had great view. Lots of great restaurants. Lots of things to do.
