If you prefer intimate quarters without the price of a single family home, Princeton House II is the place for you with only 6 units. This first floor two bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condominium has a private balcony that overlooks the bright blue Atlantic in Surfside Beach, SC. Accommodating 7 with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, WIFI and 2 TVs. Mini vacations are allowed! Parking is limited to one car. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Princeton House II is located 1.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story complex has direct oceanfront views. Grab your camera and capture a beautiful Atlantic sunrise while on your balcony. Bring or rent your beach items and step down to the sandy beaches and lounge in the sun or swim in the surf. There is no elevator or pool at Princeton House. This complex is conveniently located to public parks, restaurants, and shopping. Plan your vacation stay at Princeton House and have some fun in the sun! One assigned parking space per unit. Sorry, motorcycles, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. No charging electric vehicles on the property.

Great place that was clean and so equipped. Easy access to the beach is a plus. Only one car allowed so keep that in mind when booking.

Perfect week!

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The balcony views were spectacular especially at sunrise. Easy walk down to the beach. The only negative I have is that there is only parking for one car which can’t be helped.

Golf tournament/ Beach trip

Overall impression of the property was very good.... only one parking place per unit can be a problem with two bedroom units where you have people from different locations meeting for vacation... TV system difficult to manage/ operate and weak signal....

Beyond expectations

Everything was exceptional. Had a ceiling leak from upper condo. Office sent maintenance right away, we put a bucket to protect the new flooring. What really makes it great is it's affordable for people like us. I give this a solid score of 20 out of a 10....in other words, extremely satisfied!!!!!

Great beach getaway

Condo was very nice, large kitchen and master bath. Beautiful view of ocean, nice balcony and first floor location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again

Fridge didn't keep stuff cold and everything melted in the freezer.

Called about it sent someone to look at said they needed fan motor said they would be back next day to fix it. But never came back. So we had to use ice and coolers for are cold stuff. Beside that the place was nice.

Family Vacation 2021

The condo was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Location was perfect. Was perfect for my son, daughter-in-law, three-year-old grandson and myself. Beds were comfortable. Had a minor problem with the shower in the master bath getting the water temperature warm enough but managed in spite of this minor inconvenience.

Great spot!

Loved everything about this place except the antique kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. everything else was terrific. For a few bucks visitors would be much happier. Location was wonderful. Unit was well furnished and comfortable. Super clean.
