  • The Havens son residencias premium para vacaciones en la comunidad de Barefoot Resort y son insuperables en la costa de Carolina del Sur. La unidad 1122 de Havens es un lujoso condominio de 3 habitaciones / 2 baños que puede alojar hasta 8 personas.

    Permanecer en la comunidad de los Havens es un sueño hecho realidad para la mayoría de los golfistas. La unidad de condominio 1122 tiene un porche cubierto con una vista del hoyo # 10 en el Campo Normando y una hermosa vista del Canal Intracostero. La cocina totalmente equipada incluye un lavavajillas y otros electrodomésticos modernos de tamaño completo. Este hermoso condominio ha sido pintado recientemente para la temporada 2016 y tiene nuevos pisos de bambú en la sala de estar y el área de estudio. Hay una cómoda área de comedor para disfrutar de sus comidas o puede ir a uno de los muchos restaurantes cercanos para disfrutar de una excelente comida. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King y el segundo dormitorio tiene una reina. La tercera habitación tiene una cama de día con pisos nuevos. Hay televisores de pantalla plana en todo y tiene conexión Wi-Fi. El baño principal también incluye una bañera de hidromasaje. Hay un montón de espacio para extenderse, como en casa.

We stayed from July 12-July 18, 2025. Great condo and a great access to Barefoot Landing restaurants and shopping. Great place to ride your bicycle. Also, the pool is great. The condo is very roomy and peaceful. Blessed to get to stay at this location!

A comfortable Family Vacation

Everything was beautifully setup and arranged. A home away from home feeling. I especially loved the screen balcony. I will definitely recommend others to stay here for a nice, quiet, and cozy vacation.

Great experience!

While driving to N.Myrtle Beach I was delayed in traffic and was worried about being able to get into my rental unit. I called the property manager and she put me at ease by explaining how I could pick up my entry code to my unit, she assured me that if there were any issues I could call an after hours number for assistance. When I arrived late, everything was just as she explained on the phone, and we had no problem getting into our condo. The condo was impeccably clean, and was just as described, our family of four, weee comfortable and impressed with the cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations. The saltwater pool was clean and and in great condition. I highly recommend staying at Barefoot resort!

We loved our stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The website listing was very reflective of the property. We had 3 adults and two children and we had more than enough room. There’s also a pullout couch. This unit could easily hold 8-10. The place looked clean when we walked in. It was like walking into a nice hotel. The wood floor was shiny and spot free. I have OCD so I usually do my cleaning anywhere I go and I have to say they cleaning crew did a good job. Only the kitchen floor had a little dirt on it but nothing too crazy. There was a washer and dryer that worked. Really nice. They also had linen on all of the beds (in case you forget yours) and they also had more than enough hotel grade towels and rags. They were very fluffy. The check in/out process was simple. The neighborhood is resort style and I’d very low key. The pool was nice as well and this unit is only a 3 minute walk away (couple blocks away). They have cable on each tv as well. Overall this was a great unit and we would definitely book again. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was better than expected, clean and location was ideal for our trip. TV was a little complicated to operate for some of us. I prefer cable but we did not watch a lot of TV. Barefoot Golf courses were in great condition. It was a wonderful trip with no hiccups.

Relaxing Week

We enjoyed our week at the Havens, and we were pleased that it was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with implements to prepare meals, but we chose to eat out. The condo is situated in a quiet, nicely landscaped area close to golfing, but too far from the beach to walk. Perhaps the kitchen, living room could use some updating but the condo was very reasonably priced and dog friendly.

Last minute find

We had a great stay! Our normal vacation home was canceled due to a hurricane and this was a last minute find. The house was clean, well stocked and provided a great place to relax! We were sad that the pool was not open due to Covid, but these are crazy times.
