Portofino III 311A is one of 10 homes in the ocean front complex with community pool and landscaped grounds in Surfside Beach, SC. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths sleeps 12 with 2 king beds, 3 queens and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee and sunrises if you're an early bird from the comfort of a covered porch. Only a short walk to several restaurants. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, WIFI and small dog friendly! Sorry, no smoking allowed.

4 Bedrooms: 3 up and 1 down. 4 Baths: 3 up and 1 down. Beds: 1 king, 3 queens up; 1 king, 1 sofa bed down.

Ocean front complex located 3 blocks south of the Surfside Pier. 50" plasma TV. Home is situated on a back lot within the complex, is closer to street and has limited view of ocean. Covered porch. Outside shower. Approximate square footage 2200. Community pool (approximate dimensions 28ft x 17ft). Pool is open Easter/April 1st to October 1st.

FILTHY!!!! Needs some TLC!

We arrived at this property expecting to have a great vacation. I was met by housekeeping walking out of the door from inspecting the property. Upon entering, the property reeked of smoke and dog urine. I walked the property to see other aspects that had been overlooked. Most every light fixture and furniture have been dust collectors for sometime and have not been cleaned. The kitchen was covered in grime and filth, dishes left dirty, etc. The King Bedroom upstairs had been a dog’s playground with soiled bed linens and carpet! After these issues, I called housekeeping who resent another crew, they cleaned what we asked them to, but the house was still not the best. Through an email from the GM of Dunes Realty, every corporate excuse was made to make them look good. They claim the property underwent a deep clean in the Spring of 2023 and that the housekeeping crew that cleans this property is one of the best. Apparently, they are more concerned with getting the next guests in than overlooking FILTH. This property lacks oversight on many things and could really use a good cleaning!! We cleaned this house of common areas the best we could and we left the home cleaner than we arrived.

The property is dated and needs a facelift. Sofa fabric is faded torn, and smells like it’s not been cleaned in awhile. Even though the previous party paid for cleaning, it was not clean. We had to call to get the oven cleaned. The upstairs master bath tub was oily. The blender was so gross a new one was purchased to make drinks. The king size mattresses in the master bedrooms were soft and uncomfortable. The property suited the size of our group (4 ) The living room is only suitable for seating only 4- 5 guests, even though there are beds for 10. If there had been more of us, we could not have all gathered in the living room, which is what we like to do. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, silverware, and dishes. The porch is nice for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. The pool is a nice bonus for relief from the sand. We did not like the neighborhood because of loud music and fireworks going off at 4 in the morning. Needless to say we will not stay here again. The property looks as if no one has given it any TLC in a long time.

spring break

just as described only bigger! tons of space for family and friends. Lots of great items for cooking and entertaining. Easy walk to beach, nice pool on site. Outdoor shower is not at the house - it is the public shower on the beach walk.

Perfect Beach Spot!

Beach house was setup perfectly for our 2 families of four - 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms. Super easy access to the beach through private complex entry and pool was also a big plus for our tweens. We would definitely stay again!
