How she got her name....from the time I was a little girl and we'd go on our annual beach trip, my Daddy would get in the car and ask "Who's two hands excited to go see the Big O. We would all raise our hands and scream "Two Hands". Then he'd say, "I'm so excited, I have to sit on my hands to keep from clapping". This tradition continued through my kids and now my grand kids. So, this past Christmas soon after I bought this cute cottage, the whole family was sitting around trying to come up with the perfect name. And my sweet 91 yr old Daddy, raised his hands and screamed...."Who's Two Hands Excited"? We all knew at that moment, she could go by no other name.

I have newly renovated this cottage located at U21 and it's never been on the rental program. It offers all new furniture, mattresses, flooring and deck. It's located on a beautiful quiet dead end street.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bath with a shower. The guest room offers a full over full bunk bed. I also added built in kids bunks in the hallway. There is another full bath in the hall. The den is spacious with an open concept to the kitchen.

The deck offers new Polywood furnititure with seating for 6. There is also a washer and dryer in the shed. You can also enjoy a hot private shower outside. There is ample parking for 3 cars.

This is a NO pet home. I offer a complimentary golf cart for drivers over the age of 25. MUST BE 25 to operate the golf cart. I also provide quality linens at no additional cost.

By booking and using Golf Cart you are agreeing to; Must be 25 years old to drive! If the owner is fined by the guest for not adhering to the rules your credit card will be charged.
PLEASE READ GOLF CART RULES. They will also be posted on the refrigerator. I am very strict with these rules.
The golf cart is complimentary as long as there has not been any warnings or fines. If anyone found underage driving will result in immediate eviction.

If any guest receives a warning or fine during their stay they are responsible to pay the fine to Ocean Lakes. In addition, the guest immediate eviction. After the first fine or warning by any guest, the golf cart will be sold and removed from the property and all guests going forward will lose the complimentary golf cart privilege. Please be respectful of me and future guests.
You MUST be 25 years old to drive the cart. You must respect and follow all stop signs. NO loud or vulgar music or language at anytime. NO use of golf cart after 11pm. NO racing or reckless driving. Speed limit is 10mph. Failure to follow and obey these rules will result in security deposit being forfeited and all future guests losing access to the complimentary golf cart.
