Great Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed the vacation. We were close to everything we needed or wanted to do. I loved the layout of the house, and our grandchildren called it their dream house ❤️

Perfect for our needs. Close proximity to many things and property was clean & comfortable! Accommodation and response from host was amazing & we rebooked our next stay while still staying at the property.

Houston

Best location and most convenient plus accommodating owner

Had the best time ever! Love MB and love this house. It was perfect for me and my big group of friends! We had so much fun we literally couldn't stop so we extended the stay and more fun was had by all. Thanks to the owner for so willingly tolerating all of us. Could not have been more confortable and felt very welcomed.

Vacation trip

The property was in good care and the house was beautiful. It was just a few miles from everything. Could easily pass in the dark but not too bad. Even so close to airport, really didnt hear it unless you were outside. Would definitely stay again.

The home was cery nice and spacious for my family size of 11. However, i wish the listing for the property state that there is a home located directly behind it. There were some small cleaning issues that were noticed that was reported to the guest contact.

Father's Day Weekend Trip!

When we first got there, our code to get into the home didn't work, but after a few minutes we were able to get in touch with the manager to get that straightened out and get into the home. The home was even larger than we were expecting and there was plenty of room for our party of 10. All of the kids had fun in the game room in the back on the home that was pre-stocked with different games and had a TV. The home was extremely clean and the location was perfect for us being close to some of our favorite amenities! I can't recommend this home enough, especially for large parties.

Overall the stay was good. When we arrived the ice maker was not working and the handle on the freezer drawer was broken. They brought us a bag of ice the next day and we fixed the freezer drawer. House was clean and the kitchen was updated where we spent most of our time. Some of the TVs didn’t work but we had a lot of events to attend so we weren’t too concerned. The main TV remote was not charged but we had a charger that fit it so we did get watch some football.

Parking is not accurate, house remodel not finished

House is big, was clean, remodel not quite finished. Needs alot of small things, no towel hooks or holders, no toilet paper holders, windows need curtains and blinds, kitchen needs more supplies to be able to cook meals, grills on back porch were so dirty couldn’t use. Beds were so so I would give them a 5 out of 10. Needs working TV’s. Master bedroom has a tv the size of my laptop could see anything on screen from across the room.

Nice place to stay

House was a lovely house. We had some issues with it due to some of us have mobility issues. My recommendation is to put the door entrance on one of the back doors and not the front due to those stairs are steeper than the back or side doors. Or another option is to install a handrail. I know there are instructions about the different levels in the home once I side but another suggestion may be to put some type of strip right there so people see the step up as you come in the main step. One of our members tripped and fell first me right

Great location

Very nice house. However. . . There were 6 remotes by the living room TV of which only 2 had batteries and yet none worked on the television. Supposed to get a new remote but it never showed up. Overall, house was in great condition but needs a little maintenance for a couple lights/ceiling fans that didn’t work.

Nice stay

The house was nice and very spacious the 11 people we had there fit comfortably and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The rooms were nice, beds a little uncomfortable but the linens were clean. One thing we didn't really like was where the bunk beds were placed in what we would call the mud room and no curtains for privacy. The house mostly was clean to the open eye but not throughly deep cleaned like you would have thought. We bought paper plates,cups and silverware because what we saw from previous tenants before us they were all dirty still. There was still leftover food in cubards and fridge. We also had to share a driveway with the house behind us that we didn't know about because the details about the house said there was a lot of parking and a garage for cars but there was no garage and maybe parking for 2 cars. Overall the neighborhood was very nice and quiet and we was close to all the attractions our family had an amazing time and a great stay!
