This unit was filthy. I ended up having to go to the store and purchased over 100 in cleaning supplies and spent 3 hours cleaning. The floor was disgusting as were the dishes / pots / pans, curtains, etc. It was gross. We worried about sleeping in the linens... The bathroom was superficially clean but had multiple lights out. We reached out to let management know about our concerns and requesting a partial refund to at least cover the costs of the cleaning supplies and were told that we had to jump hoops to get anything back. We were able to get maintenance to respond and clean the air conditioners which were full of mold. The pool was fine until one day when someone vomited and there wasn't anyone to clean that either. Overall, this unit was terrible and the hotel overall was okay but not great quality. That said, we did peek into some other units that seemed much nicer. I think if our unit was clean, we would have had a different overall take on the hotel as a whole but once we had such a bad taste in our mouth, it was hard to overlook all of the other not so great things in general - like people not taking care of their animal's waste.We enjoyed Myrtle Beach as a whole - it was filled with great activities for my 6-year-old. I wouldn't stay here again.

Loved the view!

Overall it was good. It did get loud at times in the evening time. But checking out was an issue. I was locked out at 9:55 . I undetstand it's only 5 min but I wanted to do one last seeep. As A result I left behind some belingings

Exactly as described. Right on the ocean with beautiful views

Exactly as described, everything worked well and all amenities that weee expected were there (dishes, pots etc). Clean and modern. Check in up the road at Elliot realty was very fast and easy. The condo was ready ahead of check in time as well. The building staff are top notch, even though we booked through VRBO and a 3rd party realty company. Pools and hot tubs were great, I loved having something to do, since a tropical storm hit during our stay. The pool bar with snacks were a bonus as well. The drier in the unit didn’t work well (all in 1 machine) but there are coin operated machines through the building. Overall, great experience. Would return.

Great location

Great location and property had everything we needed right there. There was a knocking noise that drove me crazy in the bathroom, thankfully I had a noise app on my phone to drown it out at night. The freezer didn’t make any ice and the washer/dryer combo did not dry the clothes at all!

Cozy stay

The property was beautiful and so cozy. Felt just like you were home!! Only difficulty was the washer/dryer…it is a 1 unit combo. We couldn’t get our clothes dry for anything. Maybe a smaller load would have worked. Everything else was perfect!!

Location is great, right on the beach away from the "midway/attraction" area but close enough to walk, lots of food choices nearby for those meals out and a basic restaurant on site

Budget friendly-great little condo

We had a great stay! Nice accommodations and exactly as listed. We only had 2 things we weren’t happy with. #1-we came back to find someone had been in the condo without prior notice (found a drink cup on the table). I called to report it thinking maybe the PG staff had come in. I was told that I had been informed at check in that someone would be by to spray for mold. I had not been told. #2- later the same day someone showed up unannounced to replace the vent fan in the bathroom. We were there for that so it wasn’t a big deal. It just would have been nice to be told in advance

Myrtle vacation week

We came down for the CCMF concert and the beach we were able to extend our trip a day once already onsite which was awesome. Traffic at this particular hotel is horrible. It’s about a 20 min walk from the concert which is ok. Everything was clean and ass described .

Overall, very good experience!

We just left the unit at the Patricia Grand 1004. The unit is just as the pictures show. Very comfortable for the 3 of us. The water pressure was great & very hot water (which isn't always the case in condos). Everything was in working order & the kitchen had all of the essentials we needed. It was nice having the washer/dryer combo right in the unit. The unit was clean when we arrived. The area is close to many restaurants & bars, even some within walking distance. You are just high enough that when you sit on the balcony you don't really hear the street noise & can enjoy the sound of the ocean. The beach is pretty here & also very clean. The only negative is the elevators in the building are very slow due to the workers always using them but the owners have no control over this.
