Nice view from the balcony. Perfect for myself, my sons and daughter in laws. The Host was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. I was on a work trip that delayed my arrival. I was in a panic but the rental company was extremely helpful and made the process seamless.

It was a teally nice condo that accommodated the 7 pf us nicely. Only had 3 concerns.1. The lamp in one bedroom was broken when we got there.2. The Tvs were not working. ( one just needed to be plugged in. One needed a new remote. The repair person fixed the issues promptly.3. The dryer was not working on 6th day of our stay and was reported on that day. The tepair person came on Friday afternoon. He had to clean the lint from around the drum of the dryer but he did not have a new filter to replace the old one.

The condo was great. The condo was clean and comfortable. There were a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only issue we had was people smoking mainly weed, but also cigarettes on their balconies, so we did not get to enjoy sitting out on our balcony much at all.

2024 Girls trip

My girlfriends and I do a yearly girls trip and we really enjoy exploring different parts of the country this was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach. Our overall experience at this location was very pleasant, this property can accommodate quite a few people, although it was just three of us the rooms were very spacious.You do have to go to the office to check in which is in a different location. The condo was clean the location was good we were able to get to the recommended places the locals had suggested we visit with ease. The view was stunning day and night, it is literally beach front. If there is anything I would change we did get locked out for a few hours on our last night, it has a keyless entry and the batteries had died, so we could not get in and there was no emergency back up plan for a situation like that. I would recommend a key box or even a key left at the Condo office again for the event of an emergency. They did send out Jeffery who was very nice and another gentlemen. The second recommendation would be just some updated bed covers the bed sheets were fine. They seemed a bit dated I would recommend this location for both a family getaway or a girls trip.

Cozy, as described, great communication

Just as described. Great location. Our family of 12 was cozy but not on top of each other. Well appointed kitchen, washer dryer was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, linens clean, ample towels. Any issue that we had, and there was only a tiny one, was addressed immediately and respectfully. I would stay here again.

Very dirty unit

We spent the majority of our stay in the room cleaning. Upon arrival, the unit had a nasty odor when you walk in. All the “new linen” on the bed were dirty with visible dirt and sand. We had to wash all the bed linens. The floors were filthy, dirt everywhere. There is no way the floors were vacuumed or mopped prior to our arrival. A vaccume or broom were not provided until the last day of our stay. So we had to take more time out of our trip to go buy cleaning products. The dryer had a whole load of someone else’s laundry on arrival. The washer and dryer were filthy with sand and dust balls. We were unable to use the fans through the unit because how dusty and dirty they were. The kitchen drawers and closets were dirty and dusty along with the kitchen appliances inside. The balcony floors were dirty and so was the balcony table. The air condition vents throughout the unit had visible dust. My son has asthma and he flared up pretty bad due to all the dust throughout the unit despite our best efforts to clean as much as we could. The shower was clogged up, maintenance had to come fix it. I did message the owner about these issues and their response was “we have put the work orders in”. They did not seem concerned about how dirty the unit was or do anything to address the issue. It was just a horrible stay overall especially with having four children with us in a dirty environment. I do not recommend this unit if you are concerned about cleanliness and have children with you.

Celebration of life vacation

My family and I (15 in total) stayed at the paradise resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for 5 nights. The property overall was great. We had a 3 bed 2 bath condo that was oceanfront and had a direct access from the pool area to the beach. There was plenty to do for young children between the lazy river and pool. The kids LOVED the Italian ice stand that was next to the pool. However it is cash only so be prepared if that is something if your kids want. The condo was fairly clean. No stains on bedding or mattresses, no bugs, working appliances. The only negative that we experienced was when we were cleaning on our check out day was there wasn’t a mop to clean the floor with and no cleaners were provided. So we ended up having to go to Walmart and buy a few things. This could be avoided if you pay for the cleaning service, but for us it just wasn’t in our budget to pay the extra. Overall I think the celebration of life vacation for my grandmother went excellent!

Wonderful property right on the beach

The property was fantastic. Plenty of room for my extra-large family of 10. The rooms were spacious and the view from the balcony was perfect. Super easy access to the beach - from walking out the door of the condo you could be in the water in less than 5 minutes (longest wait would be for the elevator). The kids loved the lazy river as well! We highly recommend this property.

The property looked exactly like the pictures. The view was amazing, the kitchen was stocked with all the kitchen ware and appliances you could possibly need. Lots of extras we did not expect. When we arrived, we noticed one of the tv's in bedroom was broke a quick call to the property manager's (at 7p at night) and it was replaced in less than 24 hours. Great customer service!
