Oceanfront_3 Br 2 Ba_Captivating Views_ tranquilo y acogedor Buildingly

  • Esquina Frente al mar vista al mar Vistas del Sur y el Este

    Muy pocas propiedades frente al mar 3 dormitorios. Éste está bien decorado en un edificio fabuloso. Una propiedad de esquina por lo que hay grandes vistas al este y al sur. Al sur se encuentran las luces brillantes de la playa del mirto (incluyendo vistas de fuegos artificiales, en ocasiones) y al este se encuentra la salida del sol y la playa. Cama en el Maestro y cama de matrimonio en el segundo dormitorio; El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. También contamos con un sofá cama doble en el salón.

    Incluidos en el alquiler (oferta) es una limpieza de una sola vez después de alquiler y un paquete de ropa que incluye: camas hechas con el suministro de ropa de cama (sábana ajustable y la hoja superior para cada cama y un sofá cama) toallas (8 toallas, 5 toallas de mano, 6 toallas y paños de cocina): pastillas de jabón, jabón de manos suministrados junto con bolsas de basura, papel higiénico y detergente para lavavajillas.

    La cocina está totalmente equipada con platos, cubiertos, utensilios de cocina y por supuesto todos los aparatos de uso cotidiano.

    Algo sobre nuestro edificio Arcadian II

    Somos una gran altura más pequeña; sip sólo 6 apartamentos por piso. No hay largas esperas para el ascensor. No correr por la mañana para guardar los sillones en la piscina. Estas cuestiones no son un problema en nuestro edificio ya que tenemos un montón de sillas de la piscina y grandes ascensores. Ah, y no hay lugares malos en este edificio como todos están frente al mar.
    La pista de tenis está disponible la mayor parte del tiempo, pero si no se puede reservarlo.
    Nuestra puerta trasera está a sólo 25 metros de la playa! Gran aparcamiento con espacios cerca de la entrada! Carros maleteros por la puerta principal para ayudarle a conseguir su equipaje y salir.

    Sección orillas Arcadian es justo en medio de arrayanes y el norte de Myrtle Beach en áreas no incorporadas del Condado de Horry. Nuestra dirección es en Myrtle Beach, pero un poco lejos de las multitudes. Si te gustan las multitudes en la zona de restaurantes ocasión es de 2 minutos. aterrizaje descalzo es una unidad de 5 minutos y Broadway en la playa a unos 15 minutos.

We've stayed in 6F many times now throughout the years and it's always a great time! The condo is in excellent condition and the beach views can't be beat! Very convenient to have the pool and beach access right together so we can enjoy both throughout the week. My kids love our trips to Myrtle Beach and we hope to continue to go for many years to come!

This condo was just what we were looking for... Steps away from the beach without having to climb over giant dunes to see the water! The security folks were very nice; even checked on my friend in the pool who had fallen asleep on her float listening to an audiobook to make sure she wasn't getting too much sun! The crossbreeze on the balcony was terrific since this is a corner unit! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place in a great location

Nice room with several good views. Really enjoyed the location and the staff was super nice. From helpful and friendly security guards, to guys like Mike that keep the place looking good, the location of the Arcadian II is good, but the people are what makes it a great place to stay.

Great views from balcony. Arcadian II is very quiet. Close to groceries, good restaurants, shopping, gas without getting out on the main drag, or having to go very far. The beach in the section is great. Not especially crowded in the Fall.

Amazing view

There was an issue when we arrived, but we got hold of the owner and he made sure the issue was taken care of. The rest of our stay was good. The view from the balcony was amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we get back to South Carolina.

Good stay

Great property but the condo needs a deep cleaning. It was very clean on the surface but bed headboards, closet doors, baseboards need cleaning. I would stay again and I will take Clorox wipes.

Spacious and Comfy Beachfront Condo with Great Views

We had such a great stay here! The condo was super spacious and comfy, with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed – dishes, utensils, pots and pans, cleaning supplies– we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The living room furniture was so comfortable…we are even thinking of getting the same sofa for our house. The views were amazing. We could see way down both sides of the beach, and on July 4th we even watched an incredible fireworks display right from the balcony. Frank was quick to respond to any questions we had and very accommodating. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Excellent for Mobility Issues!

I brought my elderly parents and aunt for a vacation. My father uses a walker, my mother is undergoing chemotherapy, and my aunt uses a wheelchair. I couldn't have been more pleased with the unit! Wide hallway, open spaces, spacious bathrooms, roomy dining table. I'm hoping the next time we visit the Coast, we can acquire the same unit for the week. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Great stay in a perfect location. Let's talk about the location. It's a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach for a more relaxing stay, that you can still take in the sights. It is a great size condo. We had 7 with us and did not feel cramped at all. My wife and I had the master with a king sized bed. Our oldest daughter her husband and their infant shared the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and plenty of space for a pack and play for the little one. Our two teen shared the third bedroom with twin beds. We were able to all sit around the dining room table and have meals together or sit on the balcony at night and take in the sounds of the waves and views of Myrtle Beach to the south of us. We did use the beach chair rental service. I did leave a picture to show pricing.

Great Time in Myrtle Beach

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach with friends. Ours was a three bedroom corner unit with fantastic views on the 6th floor. The BR were very roomy and the sectional in the living room was wonderful. We unfortunately were there when Hurricane Helene hit and there were some tense moments as water was coming in through the side balcony and the main balcony was flooding. The rest of the trip was wonderful. The beach was deserted this time of year and we took nice walks to the pier and beautiful views to the north as well. We saw a show at the Carolina Opry, House of Blues and had a great meal at Umberto’s. Everything was just a short drive away. We highly recommend the Arcadian Condominium 2 for your vacation home. This was our second time there and it will not be the last.

Wonderful condo

This was a perfect condo for our family. The location was close to shopping, a pier and golf course. Easy access to the beach and swimming pool. We loved the condo layout and views of the ocean. We would definitely go back to Arcadian Shores !

Amazing view, quiet peaceful condo

We stayed Arcadian shores 2. It had a beautiful view and amazing balcony’s. Four areas with sliding glass doors. The security guards were awesome!!! Huge couch that all six of us could fit and relax comfortably. As for the cleaning, some dust and dirt on lamp shades and bathrooms etc. typical beach sand etc.

October Fall trip

We enjoyed our stay at Arcadian ll. It was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. The hotel was away from the crowds which we loved that since we traveled with younger kids. Beautiful views of the beach to watch the sunrise. Management was very prompt and we were able to check in early. Only thing I wish the unit had was a washer/dryer, its located on the floor by the elevators. Aside from that, no complaints. We hope to come back.
