Spacious Comfort and Location, Location, Location!!!

The Neighborhood: Come and visit Sea Watch Resort located in the Arcadian Shores area of Myrtle Beach which is known to be family friendly, convenient to Restaurant Row and shopping, and offers a resort atmosphere that is removed from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. The area is more residential and for 2 miles North of the resort it is mostly undeveloped or sparsely populated which further enhances your tranquility. Sea Watch is located within 5 minutes from Wal-Mart, the Tanger Outlet Mall, Bass Pro Shops, and Hwy 22 (Veterans Bypass).

The Resort: Sea Watch is a beautiful and well maintained resort that offers on-site security and located on a prime stretch of the beach. Choose from a variety of 8 pools and 11 hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor) and 2 Lazy Rivers. The Tiki Bar is open poolside seasonally. New for 2017 is a Fire Pit at the South Tower and Loggerhead Beach Playground for kids. The Ice Cream Shop also serves Starbucks coffee. There is a convenient onsite restaurant serving breakfast and takeout lunch and pizza daily.

The Condo: New tile flooring installed fall 2021. This unit on the 4th floor the South Tower offers a combination of the best views in Sea Watch. This outstanding oceanfront condo gives you spectacular panoramic views of the resort amenities and the ocean. However, the highlight of the condo is the fantastic ocean views from the living area, kitchen, and master bedroom. This condo has been updated with new living and dining room furniture, new cabinetry, granite countertops, and new refrigerator and washer/dryer along with new decorative accessories and bedding. The kitchen is generously stocked with quality pot and pans, utensils, Crock-Pot, electric griddle, etc. to enable you to enjoy meals with your family and friends. This condo is the largest 2 BR floor plan in the South Tower at 1065 sq. ft. and offers additional privacy with the bedrooms located on opposite ends of the condo. The spaciousness even allows you to easily walk around the main living area when the sofa bed is out. The location of this condo gives easy access to the beach and the pools where beach chair rentals are available seasonally. We hope that you enjoy our spacious and comfortable oasis!

View is wonderfully serene, balcony patio was nestled in the corner, never any wind and was a nice spot for quiet. The condo was clean, inviting and comfortable. Loved all the pools and spas. We spent so much time on the beach, relaxing and taking long walks. Loved the location in the Myrtle Beach area.

Spring Break in Myrtle Beach

Our stay was perfect, we were in town for a baseball tournament. Our hosts provided excellent communication with the check in and check out process. Access to the beach, hot tubs and pools were wonderful. Highly recommend this location!!

Seawatch 408 South Tower

We have been coming to Seawatch Resort for years and this is by far the nicest rental we’ve had yet. It’s absolutely beautiful and my family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Can’t wait until next year!!

Spring Break ‘25

My family (mom/dad/teen girl)!stayed for a partial week in April 2025. Contact with the property owners was easy and timely. Descriptions of the property and procedures were spot on and easy to follow. Condo was spotless, decorated adorably-like a beach house, and perfect for a family. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo which was nice, kitchen had all equipment needed (though we mostly went out for meals), view of beach was wonderful from balcony, living room and king bedroom. Easy access to multiple pools, hot tubs and beach! Easy to get a chair around the pool anytime of day during our stay (early April). Just a few minutes drive to all the major shopping and entertainment venues of Myrtle and North Myrtle . Highly recommended!

Sea Watch resort.

Overall we were impressed with the area as well as the beach. The property itself seemed to lack the fine touch and care it should. Although work was being done some of the pool areas that were in use were not kept tidy all the time. There was debris in the pools from the people unloading and moving furniture into the units. Hot tubs were not kept very clean, considering the amount they were used!

Beautiful condo on the beach!

We were visiting Myrtle Beach for a college tour and it was wonderful to look up and see the ocean and hear the waves. I only wish we had a little more time and it was a tiny bit warmer!

Unit

Unit was well equipped from kitchen to bathroom to items needed for the beach. Location was perfect for sun set and day view. Only thing we noticed was bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the unit did have a funny smell about it. Two yellow chairs were quite stained. All in all it is a great place and owners have done a great job keeping it up to date and well equipped.

Only stay if roaches don’t bother you

We checked in Saturday evening. Place looked fine except for some dirty baseboards and the balcony wasn’t great. Monday evening my 13 year old developed a sharp headache. He has only had 1 other headache in his life. I was worried but had no idea what the next day held. Tuesday we left for Broadway at Beach. I turned off all the lights and TVs for the first time. All curtains were closed. When we returned around midnight, flipped on the lights, and saw some small roaches! 330 am after hunting and killing bugs, I tried the property owner. No answer. I called VRBO who agreed to locate a similar property for us. Well in the meantime the owner messaged thanks for letting me know. Obviously the roaches were not a big deal! VRBO wasn’t very helpful either. I decided my family’s health was most important and returned home early. Vacation ruined! The owner kept saying this isn’t normal but the dirty baseboards and corners were roach feces and eggs. Front desk manager even felt that’s what they were. They recognized this immediately but I went online for hours in disbelief. Long story short, I would not use vrbo again. They don’t stand behind the rentals.

Baseball week

We rented this condo during my son’s baseball tournament. Other families on the team also rented other units. We had a great time together at the pools and beach when we weren’t at baseball. Our unit was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean and kitchen had all necessities. The hosts were very easy to contact when needed.
