Oceanfront Studio Condo

This beautiful oceanfront studio condo is perfect for a couple, small family or a girls or guys getaway. The condo faces the beach and has amazing sunrise views. Sleeps a max of 4, there is a Queen bed under the window with amazing views of the ocean & sunrises plus a Queen sofa bed. There Is a fully stocked kitchen (for 4) The resort has 6 pools, including an indoor pool, a Lazy River, with a kiddie pool, oceanfront bar & grill, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, playground. The resort is set up as a contactless system from the entry gate to the keyless entry at the unit.
Lazy river water park will open no later than April 1st
1) All amenities (when open) at the resort are available to all guests at any time at no cost
3) Tower outdoor pool is now OPEN the indoor hot tub & sauna area should be open by midJuly 2025
4) Building B indoor pool and hot tub open all year round, oceanfront pool is now HEATED & open all year round
5) Quarterdeck oceanfront bar and grill: Open weather permitting, hours vary in spring/fall, open until 1130pm during summer.

There is no smoking in the condo, on the balcony or inside any building at the resort. No pets are allowed at the resort unless they are Service Registered, no golf carts and no trailers (except during the specific days of the spring/fall bike weeks).

During spring/fall bikes weeks, motorcycles are allowed at no additional cost and have designated parking areas at each building. Trailers have a $100 fee paid at the front security gate on arrival. Must NOT be longer than 18ft ball hitch to rear bumper and also have designated parking areas. Trailers are ONLY allowed during spring/fall bike week dates.

During the season (dates vary but usually mid May to mid Sept), beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly from the lifeguards in front of the resort. They will set them up and take them down each day in the same spot for you. Very hassle free.

Each building has an on site laundry room for use during your stay. We provide all your bed linens and bath towel sets (4 sets) We do not provide any linen service during your stay so please utilize the laundry room for any washing/drying needs.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, beach toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Things are left behind in units during the season but they are ever changing as guests come and go.

The resort is located 6 miles south of downtown Myrtle Beach (The Skywheel in downtown is located at 11th North, we are at 59th South)

The airport is a very easy Uber ride and less than 10 mins from the resort.

We have someone on-site at the resort most every day to take care of any issues immediately on arrival or during your stay.

Horrible experience at this condo. Arrived to a filthy and outdated room. The room had a pull out sofa with no bedding, blankets or pillows for it. The bath towels were stained. The mattress and covers were covered with stains. The blankets and comforter had things spilled on them. We contacted the host. She offered to bring up new sheets, towels and blankets. We received a set of sheets and nothing else. On the second day we discovered a BED BUG! We had to pack up and leave the property in the middle of our vacation. The host offered a partial refund. I requested a full refund and after many phone calls and texts she finally offered the rest of our money back. Would definitely recommend avoiding this property!

All my questions were answered promptly. Room was stocked w/cooking supplies and utensils, etc, keurig, regular sized fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The tv had Netflix and lots of apps to watch. The balcony has a great view; can sit out and watch the sunrise everyday, or just a short walk down to the beach. There’s lots of pools, a playground, and other amenities to use. There are geese and ducks all around and turtles in the ponds. Elevators get very busy especially around 4-6 w/people coming in and people checking in and bringing in groceries. There are 3 elevators though, so that helps, or you can take the stairs if you want. It’s a very relaxed and chill area. I will say if you want to find shark teeth, this is not the area. There are none lol. I found lots of teeth on the main strip in Myrtle beach, but looked and looked here and could not find any. People in the area seem a little more friendly. We did like that we only needed to have codes to get in and weren’t bothered by housekeeping or anything. The only thing about that was we were only given 4 towels, and 1 wash cloth for the 4 of us, luckily I brought extras with us. There’s a laundry facility and it takes card only payments. It’s reasonably priced and the washer and dryers take 45 minutes each. The room was smaller than expected, but not a big deal. A major plus was the panoramic view of the ocean and sliding window by the bed I could hear the ocean from. We were pleased and met our needs.

Dirty and mold everywhere

Had a very bad experience at this property. Unit was not clean at all - dirty sheets, mold everywhere, and the mattress was dirty with spills and spots. Tried to contact the owner who was rude and did not want to provide any solution or refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone. You can find something much better for the rate of this property.

Excellent Condo!

My mother and I had an excellent stay at this condo!! The condo was beautiful and had a lovely view of the ocean. The host was amazing (very attentive and prompt in responding to my questions). The condo did have construction going on, but this did not negatively impact our stay. The staff onsite was very friendly and helped us easily navigate the property. Can't wait to stay again!!

Great Location. Room was clean!

Room was clean. Pools were great. We were there for a softball tournament and we were just a short drive from the fields. Definitely a plus! Good communication from owner. Great stay overall!

MB Resort

Seemed bigger on pictures. Clean, bathroom small, never sleep 4 adults. Great view. Asked for more bath towels never got them. Only one roll of tp, had to buy more. Unit needs updating, exhaust in bathroom not working, bed too high to get into and hard for second person. Need steep ladder. Smoke alarm battery died on Friday night needed to take down. As I said before clean, good view, but old and small.

Time for a good cleaning and added linens!

The condo was very dingy. There were no sheets/pillowcases or clean linen for the extra bed. The spare blankets had dried food on them. One set of towels and washcloths per person for 4 days. The location was fine, but the environment felt dirty.

Nice Unit With An Amazing View

An old school friend and I met up at the beach as we live different places. This studio unit was all we needed! It was very clean and the bed built into the corner/side wall had panoramic views of the ocean. We also enjoyed the bar and grill on the property. The host stayed in communication with us as we checked in. The only negative would be the wait for the elevators during checkout which we were advised of. Just didn’t know it would be that long. My advice would be to pack your car the night before with only your toiletries and clothes you plan to wear to go home in. Overall it was a great place and I would stay here again!
