Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Myrtle Beach Layover

This was a short overnight stay on our way to Florida with great friends. They hadn't vacationed in quite some time and loved the beach, sunset and sunrise views from their bedroom. They said it was a perfect 1st stop!! Thank you for helping make the trip a great experience for them, and us.

Perfect beachside getaway

We were looking for affordable accommodations on the beach for our 2-day conference, and this was the perfect place. The view was exactly what we hoped, and more. we watched beautiful sunrises both mornings. There are lots of conveniences to walk to nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location

It was in a great location. Walking distance to many things. The room itself was as pictured. Wish they had a spot to store luggage in lobby just due to flight times. In the room not much for actual cooking, we had to go buy a skillet. Other than that it was a good experience and plan to return.

Great View

Overall, a great spot. Right next downtown and the view from the room is amazing! They do need to change the dunkin doughnuts attached to it though. It's closed down permanently. But within walking distance to Starbucks!

This was perfect for us. Right in the beach and also had a pool, because the kids always want some pool action too. I would definitely recommend and would definitely return to this condo.

The unit itself had a great view, was roomy ans updated and clean. Much of the clientele was loud, smoking weed all around and filling the hot tubs and pools in large groups. Also, no bathroom in lobby or pool areas.

Great Family Getaway

We loved our time here! My husband just came home from serving overseas for a year and we were able to get some much needed family time in. Plenty of spaceman the unit, everything we needed to cook our meals and an excellent view of the ocean. We loved the winterized pool, lazy river, and jacuzzi in the hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Nice place but…

We checked in Thursday and were impressed with the unit and the property. However that changed quickly Friday evening when our unit began to smelled like an ashtray. The odor of marijuana was so strong at times that we had to open all the doors to air it out. The problem was that it didn’t get much over 30 degrees the entire weekend and the stoners seemed to light up constantly during waking hours and late into the night. These were supposed to be non-smoking units. I have asthma and severe allergies so I was miserable the entire time we were in the room our last few nights. This was supposed to be a trip where we spent most of our time in the room hanging out with our friends. However, because of the heavy pot use next door, it was unbearable for us most of the time. We complained to the property management a few times when the smell was the most intolerable, but we never saw anyone come up to check into it. We contacted the off-site owner, but there wasn’t much they could do. It’s just frustrating that we couldn’t enjoy the room the majority of our visit. I’ve since seen other reviews that complain about similar issues with the no smoking policies not being enforced. I suspect the ventilation and thin walls play a roll in the severity of the smoke/smell in our unit. What should have been a wonderful trip ended up with an urgent care visit for for an asthma flare and the rest of our group praying they aren’t drug tested any time soon.

Better than we thought!

After reading several reviews about the hotel and Room 1601, in particular, we were a little hesitant about our reservation. However, the room was clean, the view was amazing, and the location was away from most foot traffic. The hot water sometimes took a VERY long time (about 5-10 minutes!) to come through, which was a little annoying, but the water pressure was fabulous!! The beds were a little noisy whenever you changed positions, but otherwise, were relatively comfortable. There is much to do & see, eat & shop within walking distance, and so much more by vehicle in under 30 minutes by vehicle. We are planning to return next year, and hopefully, will be able to stay here again.

Sweet 16 Birthday

Property is oceanfront on the 16th floor. View is spectacular. It is an end unit so it is very quiet. Bathrooms smelled a little musty and were dusty. Condo is very beachy and nicely decorated. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent escape from Covid

Such a great escape from everything going on in the world! Life felt like the old normal. Staff was very friendly. Loved the 85 degree heated indoor pool and lazy River. Within walking distance to eagles beach shop, cook out and Krispy Kreme. Thank you for a perfect 3 days!
