Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from this condo are beautiful, and having a full, well equipped kitchen was wonderful. We enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach and being within walking distance to the Country Music festival. We had 2 maintenance issues while here which was frustrating, especially since one was a leak that was already there when we checked in. Management handled them fairly quickly. Beds were comfortable, and the condo was clean. Ownership could make the condo nicer by replacing appliances that are old, cheap, and damaged as well as fully repair previous water damage that must have occurred, but overall this was a great weekend away.

Property was clean for the most part. Location is fine. The bed in this specific room is terrible. The pools were a little dirty and the power went out multiple times, one of Which trapped us in the elevator, descending from floor 17. We were stuck on the elevator for roughly 45 minutes and it took the fire department to get us out. There was no bad weather on the day this happened that could have caused the power surges. I’m unclear onto what caused the multiple power outages throughout that day, however it is the reason for our overall bad review.
