The room was as described and very cozy. It was centrally located which in the off season is good, however in the summer I would not be comfortable because of the amount of crime. The parking deck, at night, is intimidating because it’s a street away and not well lit, there were guards at the parking deck itself. In order to get the keys you have to keep the owner updated with your location so they can send someone to meet you, which is not my favorite. I also don’t love places that charge a cleaning fee but expect you to do some of the cleaning….not a deal breaker for some but to me, with kid, it’s just a hassle. We usually stay at North Beach Resort, they come take your trash, give you fresh towels that type of thing and the price there is cheaper, so for us we’ll be going back to that. The space is very well done, just not the place for us.

Our recent stay at the oceanfront condo was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the breathtaking views, the comfort of the space, and the overall relaxing atmosphere that made our family vacation truly memorable. The condo’s location was unbeatable. Being just steps away from the beach allowed us to enjoy early morning walks by the water and stunning sunsets every evening. The convenience of having the ocean right outside the condo, made it easy to spend quality time together without needing to travel far. This oceanfront condo exceeded our expectations in every way. It combined comfort, convenience, and stunning natural beauty into one unforgettable experience. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway by the sea.

Beautiful condo

This condo is absolutely stunning on the interior and has great view of the beach! We had a front row view from the balcony for the 4th of July fireworks boardwalk location.

Overall, it was a very good experience. I think the cleaning crew could have done a better job with some details like cleaning hand prints off of doors and making sure remotes were in every room and had batteries. The host was amazing and the penthouse was very relaxing. We had plenty of space and a good time! We used valet parking for the week, which made the experience a little less hectic. The elevators were not a horrendously long wait and it is very easy to get to the beach and was not overcrowded. My kids and I had a blast and I would definitely recommend!

Unit itself was nice and clean except for dishwasher. Not working and had fowl odor. The parking garage gate and front door were never locked, always standing wide open. Did not need our key cards a little concerning as anyone could go in the parking garage

Great Family Vacation

Very spacious, beautiful, modern condo that easily fit 6 adults. Direct access to the beach and pool. Walking distance to the Boardwalk for food, drinks and fun and everything else so close within 5 minutes driving distance. Would highly recommend again!

Fantastic place

We felt like a big deal renting this penthouse apartment for our trip to Myrtle Beach. The owners were fantastic to work with and the property was perfect for our families. For us it was the perfect combination of functional and fashionable. With some smaller kids that was key. The location was great! On the boardwalk and on the beach. We could walk to anything we wanted to do other than golf. Great food is close by, entertainment both for the family and adults is plentiful. We would definitely recommend staying here again.

Beautiful Condo!

Easy check in. Beautiful views, beautiful condo with plenty of room. Beds were comfy, sheets and pillows were super soft. You really can't beat the beach location! Would definitely stay again!
