Great vaction

We had a blast here . Great place to be. I would recommend getting at electronic door lock instead of having to use a key every time. Other than that it was great.

Awesome Family Vacation

Loved this condo on the beach. So close to everything…Walmart for quick shopping, and all the best restaurants within a short drive. Beautiful setting inside with everything we needed to have the perfect family vacation. Pools, hot tubs, and such a short walk to the beach. Can’t wait to come back! Staff was super helpful too when we accidentally got locked out of our condo. They had us back in without making us feel bad for the inconvenience.

Summer ‘23 vacation

We liked the property a lot overall, but found it odd there were no extra rolls of toilet paper and only the one roll of paper towels. We left the boogie boards, chairs and cooler as we found them, on the balcony. We had a great time!

Wonderful time

Beautiful location, friendly staff that never was a bother. clean house, stocked w everything we needed to enjoy our time. Only recommendation would be to give guests a key code and avoid to extra stops to and from north reality. I didn’t book through them, that was extra wasted time and lines there were long but did move quick. We had booked through vrbo bc we had 11 other groups there and we were the only ones who had to deal w north reality and didn’t get the simple access and had to do extra work w a third party.

Overall good stay.

Condo was as advertised but the resort was a let down other than the multiple pools. Tiki bar barely opened. The onsite restaurant was a breakfast buffet that was terrible and overpriced. They did have a omelette and waffle station that was decent. Nowhere within walking distance to eat or drink. Second night smoke alarm chirping started at 2 am and no-one came until the next day after noon. Would not stay in this resort again.

Great location

Pros-check In was easy and customer service was great with realty company. Location of resort was perfect. Easy access to everything and ocean! Elevators were fast and staff at resort nice. North tower had all the fun activities and we were in the quiet tower. Which was fine. Cons: when we walked in it wasn’t like a wow this place is cool. It was dated, no cupboard/storage for dry foods, definitely needs better lighting (mix match light bulbs everywhere so different brightness in each room or just dark) bathrooms were hit. Just a good scrub and a fresh coat of paint would go a long way. We reached out to company regarding our disappointment in the cleaning and they offered to fix the issues. We already wiped down everything including the gross coffee maker that needs tossed and replaced. They replaced the moldy shower curtain. Little things that frustrates me when you pay what you pay. I understand it’s a rental but I wouldn’t come back and the two seat sofa and two wicker chairs was just odd. Under the beds nothing but dust/dirt and I just stopped looking and went and enjoyed the vacation. We went with 3 kids ages 8-13 and it was cramped. Something to think about if you just want to chill and relax. I’d stay at the resort again but definitely not the same room.

Beautiful Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is beautiful with very nice furnishings and a fully equiped kitchen. It was immaculately maintained and ready for us when we arrived. Our only complaint was that the hot water in the second (not master) bath never got very hot even after letting the water run for quite some time. It may be an issue with the valve in the shower or that the supply lines that lead to that bathroom need to be insulated. Either way the shower and the water in the sink were not hot. The resort, Sea Watch, is always well maintained and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. the beach is this area is really nice. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place at Myrtle Beach.

Oceanfront Resort with a Nice Ocean View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was comfortable and nicely decorated! Due to the design of the building, if it rained, puddling formed right in front of our door. This meant walking thru water just to get to the elevator. Also due to the open courtyard, children at the firepit in the evening could be heard yelling 10 stories up inside our condo. Also, need more handicap parking spots! On the positive side, SeaWatch has pools, hot tubs, lazy river, a restaurant, activities for children and an excellent location! North Beach Realty was professional and attended to our maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. Always a pleasure to rent with Victoria at North Beach!

Although we love the view and location, this year the condo was a bit disappointing. The pre-cleaning was not done well, and several things in the kitchen had been removed or damaged.
