The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 3rd floor, direct ocean front condo at the Ocean Reef Resort in Myrtle Beach. This studio is fully furnished with 2 queen size beds and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Guests will have access to a full bathroom, and a private balcony with direct ocean front views are also included. This unique layout offers oversized living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped!

The bar area includes a microwave, stove, full size fridge, cabinet space, coffee maker, and toaster! Cooking a small meal or snack will not be a problem! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.

Ocean Reef offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, bars, restaurants, arcade, and so much more.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. Additionally, we have recently lowered our cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Located at Ocean Reef, this unit is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most loved attractions. Ocean Reef is situated on the Northern end of Myrtle Beach, but still close enough to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance of the resort, and central Myrtle Beach is about a 10 minute drive (with traffic). The Myrtle Beach International Airport is only a 15 minute drive from Ocean Reef!

Room was not clean at all. I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies. There were stains on linen so I had to buy sheets for bed.

The resort has many nice amenities, and the proximity to the beach was especially lovely. The condo is a standard size hotel room that has not been updated. The balcony overlooking the beach is nice. There are no rugs at the front door or at the door to the balcony, so we were constantly fighting a dirty/sandy floor. There is no counter space in the kitchenette, as the microwave sits on the counter and is not mounted above the counter as shown in the photograph, so do not plan to cook in the unit. Also, renters should not plan to use the old coffee maker (it did not taste good) and should bring extra towels, plan to wash towels, or sign up for the towels service. Renters receive only four small, very thin bath towels for an entire week. Communications with the property management company were prompt and professional.

Resort not as expected

There were 2 fire alarms that went off in total while we were there. This seems to be such a common thing resort staff does not even flinch or respond to alarms. We called the rental management which contacted the front desk on our behalf and quickly let us know this was a false alarm. While the beds and bathroom were clean the kitchen things were not. The stove top and sink were dirty. There were actually dirty dishes in the silverware that were clearly not washed!! The dish soap provided was mainly water and insufficient to provide any washing sanitation. We were disappointed to learn we also needed to buy more trash bags and toilet paper for our stay. Had there been more provided or information on how to get more items would have made for a more pleasing experience would have given a more general ownership over the room and its accommodations. It was directly on the beach and that convenience was GREAT! We did have a shortage of towels and a missing wrist band when we got there. The rental company was quick to correct. There were no beach shops to walk over to. Driving was a must. The pool areas are far more run down than pictured. The arcade is super smelly and expensive. We chose to not use anything in there.

Very nice unit and location.

We really enjoyed our first visit to Myrtle Beach. The unit was just as described. It wasn’t anything fancy but was clean and had everything we needed. The price was very reasonable. Wonderful pool area. There was a lot of construction going on in the building but they were very respectful with their working hours. Would definitely recommend packing for your full stay. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. There is a coin laundry in the building but only one of the washers were working. Overall a great stay in the unit and the facility will be beautiful when it is finished.

Overall it was good

The check in and check out were easy. The pools were too cold to swim in outside, but the indoor one was a better temperature. They wouldnt let my kids in the hot tub. The beach was beautiful. We didnt get to stay at the Ocean Reef which was disappointing, and had to stay at Caravelle. I kinda wish we wouldve just rented through the resort itself because when we needed more linen it was very inconvenient. I think we got what we paid for. Only 10mins from Broadway at the beach and other attractions .
