The Space:

Welcome to Ocean Lakes! This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house is located in a complex known for it's desirable location and amazing amenities. Ocean Lakes allows guests direct access to the beach without having to leave the resort.



Our house is comfortably and completely furnished! The unit is perfect for a family beach retreat.



Parking: THERE IS A $15 PER CAR, PER DAY, FEE TO PARK IN THE RESORT. As for motorcycles, per the complex, "Please note that motorcycles can not be driven to your site in the campground under power. Guests are permitted to trailer or tow their motorcycle to their site but are not permitted to start the engine. Some guests prefer to park their motorcycles in the motorcycle area in overflow parking."



Entry: Stairs are required. Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Other amenities include coffee machine and cooking spices.



Family room: Deck access. Enjoy TV. Plenty of seating. Sleeper sofa.



Bedroom 1: King bed. Attached bathroom.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed.



Bedroom 3: Queen bed.



Bathrooms: 2 full.



Deck: Private deck with plenty of room for gathering.



Water amenities: Seasonal waterpark.



Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private in house.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves and are able to access the entire resort.



The Neighborhood:

This house is located in Ocean Lakes - 310 acre oceanfront property!



Getting Around:

There is a $15 PER CAR, PER DAY, fee. Guests can walk anywhere on the resort. The house has easy access parking or else guests can walk to the front gate and catch an uber/taxi. We will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.

**To ensure a smooth check-in process, the following information is required for access through the security gate: full names of all guests staying in the unit, the number of vehicles you will be bringing, and a valid government-issued photo ID. Please provide this information as soon as your reservation is confirmed.**



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 8.
