This is a recently updated "Home Away from Home" themed condo with amazing Ocean Front views that you can enjoy right from the comfort of your "Home" - great beach views, all the way down to the Springmaid Pier where you can also rent fishing gear and fish as well.

Relax in style with amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, a lazy river, hot tub, kid’s splash area/pool plus a fitness center! This condo features 1 king bed in a private bedroom along with a full kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, a refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher plus the kitchen table turns into a full-size bed. It also includes a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a sleep sofa in the living room and a private balcony to comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests.

You are allowed 1 parking space for a 1 Bedroom condo on this property.

J-Mike's Flavor Station offers breakfast and lunch and is located right next door in the adjacent building.

We are only minutes' drive to many of the most popular activities and attractions the area has to offer.

Convenient location just a couple of minutes from Myrtle Beach airport.

Free basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts available at Midway Park, plus free disc golf at Splinter City (both less than a mile away). Many 18 hole golf courses close by, along with numerous mini-golf courses for families.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras permitted within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a maximum of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In at the Front-Desk with a valid matching government issued ID showing they are 25 or older. The Front Desk personnel will provide you with your room keys, pool passes and a parking pass if required.
There is a maximum limit of 1 parking pass for 1-bedroom condos and 2 parking passes for 2-bedroom condos. Extra parking passes are not available at this property. You must register your car(s) with the front desk – make, model, color & license plate #

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, extra amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our rates competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/children in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/children in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

We saved 2 years for this vacation.
Small, But efficient enough for us, we did not know it was bike week. It would have been nice to know that, we would have changed plans, Could hardly sit on the balcony because of constant marijuana smell, Very strong, Very loud, constant motorcycles noise. Bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets are too big , kept coming off the bed. I had to keep putting them on. They must have been children pillows, small. Prices were good. J-Mikes Cafe was excellent 👌, lovely owners. Excellent quality and services.

Beautiful view
Very clean condo with a beautiful view! Easy check in and out. Also the attached parking garage makes bringing in luggage and groceries easy. I would add a towel bar behind the bathroom door to hang beach towels but otherwise the condo is very comfortable.

There was noise all night long. Garbage on the floor of the bed room bed and pillows where flat and hard to sleep the add on vrbo was nothing like what the room is actually like. They must be renivating up staries witch made it hard to sleep. The door to the parking ramp did not close all they way witch added to the out dated feeling the entier building has.

Relaxing Weekend
My husband and I haven't been to Myrtle Beach in a few years. We were pleasantly surprised to find a reasonably priced condo in the location we wanted to stay. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything that we could want was supplied at the condo. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted for the weekend. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Beach Trip
We had a great time! Condo was pretty much as described on VRBO. The view was simply amazing!! However, Alot of others doors slamming throughout our stay day and night. Probably due to the way the doors closed. No fault of the condo owners. The washer makes a ticking noise when washing and carpets need replaced. Tile would be a better option. Also, ceiling in the kitchen area was dirty. Shower was nice and bedroom slept well. Overall our trip was very nice. With those simple changes, this would be the perfect beach getaway.

Just Average
The condo was okay but our room (207) was near a door that lead to the parking garage. Every time this door was opened and closed it slammed very loudly. Trying to get to sleep each night was challenging to say the least. Being woke up early in the morning to the slamming door was just as annoying. Never considered contacting the owner or calling maintenance. (My fault). The indoor pool and lazy river were very cloudy. The hot tub wasn’t working and apparently they are waiting for a part. I was told it had been that way for quite some time.
