Què no li ha agradat: Neteja
Not much of a beach view since the storm washed away our beach access. Couldn't see it from the room. Connected neighbors smoked heavily and it came in our room the whole trip and it was definitelynot cigarettes. Ac was moldy and covered in animal hair. Linens were covered in animal hair with stains. No toilet paper was provided so we had to go back out to get some. Bugs in the tub and around the beds, not living thankfully, but room definitely was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Patio was gross and covered in spider webbs and chairs had black stuff all over them. Before checking out we were told basically to clean the room and they would handle the laundry. The host was not the kindest or the most honest. We changed our dates due to bike week and was assured the price would not change but they changed it anyways then tried to deny it jad changed until I told her I had it all in writing. We still got charged and they tried to charge us again for something that had already been paid. It was super stressful. They didn't update that we had booked the room until the day we arrived. Leaving us feeling like anyone else could have double booked. We had to leave with a camera set up because we didnt know what to expect. The whole experience was a let down.
