Newly Renovated, Gorgeous and Spacious Oceanfront 1 BR/1BA Condo, (Sleeps 8)

An excellent condo with amazing oceanfront views on the upper floor. Spectacular and spacious, cozy and clean 1BR/BA unit in Paradise Resort! Paradise Resort was built in 2006 and is one of few newest oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach. The resort is facilitated with indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, two indoor Jacuzzi pools, on-site restaurant and covered parking garage.

The private bedroom with two queen beds is completely separated from living room and kitchen. The newly upgraded kitchen has granite countertop and is fully equipped with appliances, blender, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator, electric range, and dishwasher.

The professionally decorated living room has a FLAT SCREEN HD TV, HI-speed wireless internet, a dining table with four chairs, a queen size sleeper sofa, a new pull-down full-size murphy bed and a single-size sofa. Linens and towels are provided for 7 guests. There are also washer/dryers in the unit. Everything you need for a great vacation.

The spacious balcony has a table and 2 chairs, is direct Oceanfront and THE VIEWS ARE INCREDIBLE! They are perfect for dolphin watching with your morning coffee and evening wine.

Amenities to make our Oceanfront unit feel like home away from home include:

Indoors pools are heated and enclosed in the winter (Nov-May approx.) for year round enjoyment. Stay in shape with the on-site exercise center. Enjoy oceanfront dining and tiki bar complete with pool parties w/ a DJ (seasonal), and sun deck surrounded by tropical landscaping. Look for the NEW 75 FOOT OUTDOOR Heated Pool!

Paradise Resort is directly south of the downtown Myrtle Beach area where all the 'happening events' are located. Only blocks from Family Kingdom water park and amusement park and the new Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Market Commons.

The beach view was prefect. Enjoyed the lazy river and walking the beach in the evening. The Sky Wheel have great views of the area. Li checked in on us, which was nice. We stayed two weeks and enjoyed every relaxing minute. In the future we will stay here again.

Trip to Myrtle Beach

Had a great time visiting Myrtle Beach for our first time. Weather was great and the location was perfect, right on the beach. Full Grocery store just 5 min walk away. And plenty of restaurants nearby. Only (2) things that needs to be addressed. One is the dining table…. So wobbly we could not eat on it. Second is the Water pressure in the bathroom sink is very low. Other than that it was perfect!! Would stay there again!

Poorly kept

The property was not clean, nor comfortable. The floors were very dirty, and the furniture was worn out. It was uncomfortable to sit in the living area as the sofa and chair provided no support. They just sunk in when seating there. When we sat on the balcony and when we went to the garage, we sometimes smelled pot. Also, it felt unsafe. There appeared to be a number of homeless in the area and there had been shots fired in the neighborhood. Based on what we had read about the property, we were unpleasantly surprised.

Excellent Vacation

Everything is exactly as listed and shown in the pictures. Communication with Li was a breeze. There are beach chairs and an umbrella in the bedroom closet, which was awesome. Tons of restaurants to choose from and very close to the boardwalk. I would highly recommend this condo. The views of the ocean were breathtaking.
