Welcome to our beautiful vacation home! This spectacular, spacious, cozy and clean 2BR/2BA oceanfront unit is located at the Atlantica Resort which is close to all of the major hotspots of the area. This condo features two big bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a large living area with flat screen LED TV, fully equipped kitchen, its own washer and dryer. Basically it has everything you need for your vacation.

Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, and the guest bedroom has two new queen-size beds. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, blender, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator, electric range, and dishwasher.
The professionally decorated living room has a flat screen HD TV, HI-speed wireless internet, a dining table with four chairs, and a queen size sleeper sofa. Linens and towels are provided for 8 guests. There are also washer/dryers in the unit. Everything you need for a great vacation.

The spacious balcony has a table and 4 chairs, is direct Oceanfront and THE VIEWS ARE INCREDIBLE! They are perfect for dolphin watching with your morning coffee and evening wine.

Amenities to make our Oceanfront unit feel like home away from home include:

ALL RESORT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED: Amenities on site include an enclosed indoor heated pool, a outdoor pool, a lazy river, kiddie pool, outer door and indoor large whirl spas, and an indoor cascading 10 feet waterfall. All are heated and enclosed in the winter (Nov-May approx.) for year round enjoyment. Next door to the indoor amenities is our one of a kind Atlantica Beach Club. The Beach Club features two meeting areas for small groups and separate private Men and Women lockers with showers and restrooms. Perfect for early arrivals and/or extra time at the beach before changing clothes on your trip back home.

Atlantica Resort III was built in the heart of Myrtle Beach downtown in 2005 and is one of few newest oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach. MB Boardwalk, MB SkyWheel, Pier 14, Fun Plaza Arcade and Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum are all within a few blocks. It's only half a mile to the Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and Splashes Waterpark. It is about one mile to the Broadway, shopping malls, airport and various attractions. This resort has been a favorite Myrtle Beach vacation destination for many, many years.

This condo was awesome! The floors were clean. You could go barefooted and you feet not turn brown or black like other condos I have stayed in. We saw a couple of bugs in the kitchen the first morning so you might want to think about exterminating. You might want to think about putting some hooks or something above the head boards in the bedrooms for people with sleep machines. CPAP machines have long hoses and it’s easier for folks if they could hook them above their heads while sleeping. We had an amazing time in your condo and would stay there again and again. I will tell all my family and friends about it as well. Thank you so much!

The view from the balcony was amazing! The kids loved being steps from the beach and we enjoyed having the umbrella, chairs, and even beach toys for the kids provided for us. We also enjoyed the pools and hot tub. We will definitely stay here again!

Room was nice, loved the beach view and convince. We were a bit disappointed with the beach laws.You are not allowed any floats ( this is all we brought) We were also not allowed to sit down toward the beach (if you have an umbrella you have to stay behind the lifeguard stand) unfortunately we feel that they took away all the fun of the beach and will not likely to be returning. The condo was nice and the pool was nice.

Condo needs some TLC and deep deep clean. Found roaches 3 out of the 5 days we were there, found 2 in our bags when we got home. Contacted owner, said they would speak with HOA about doing an additional bug spray. Stated they would refund the cleaning fee, still haven't received it. Owner was good to respond to questions, as parking passes weren't in the room as directed. She got that corrected quickly. Living room only has seating for 4, so for our family of 6, we were never able to gather together like we wanted. Outdoor furniture is as miminal as it comes and needed cleaning. Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping, but I would probably never stay in Atlantica again.

The condo could have been cleaner and better stocked had one kitchen towel the pull out couch didn’t have fitted sheets or pillows.. great location !!!! The building is supposed to be smoke free but could even sit on balcony because it smelled like weed all the time morning and night while we were there.

Our 2025 Family Vacation

My family and i had such a great time. Our room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We were close to many of the stores and restaurants. I loved the easy check in! No waiting in line at the front desk to wait for keys, just the four numbers to get into the room. I hope to stay many more times.

Great Location and Rental

We booked this trip as a graduation present for my daughter. We had contemplated another location but ultimately chose this one. The unit was well stocked with everything needed. The views from the balcony are wonderful. The pools, hot tubs, and lazy river were wonderful for enjoying the sun when not in the ocean. The location is perfect and you can easily get on the boardwalk and get to the promenade from this location. Li, the owner was very responsive to any questions we had and made the whole process swift and easy. The Atlantica staff were very friendly also. We had a wonderful stay!

Excellent Place To Stay!

Condo was very clean. Li (owner) was great with communicating with me! Kept me up to date with what was going on...replied very quickly when I messaged her with questions. Directly on the beach, great ocean view! Lots of shops/restraunts/activities within walking distance. Felt very safe/secure at facility. No keys to keep up with...all codes! On the 12th floor (out of 14 floors). Two elevators - never had more than a 2-3 minute wait for them. Oh yeah, ALSO a very nice touch - owner had a closet FULL of beach items we could use during our stay! Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board ( we left our board there for others to use too) castle building blocks, pails, shovels, etc. Had a great time even though it rained/stormed 3 out 6 days we were there!

Great location right on the beach! The pools were nice and we could walk to the beach every day. The chairs and umbrellas that were provided added to the stay and made the beach even more enjoyable! Thanks!!

My colleague and I stayed in Myrtle beach for a conference, so maybe not your typical Myrtle beach visitors. I had never been and I probably won’t go back as it’s really not my scene (very touristy and not very nice). The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were decently comfortable
