New to rental! Experience ultimate relaxation in this charming 3 BR/ 3 BA condo at Summertree Village in the Shore Drive area, where all bedrooms and baths are conveniently located on the main floor (and there's no condo above you!). Enjoy the serene view from the screened porch, overlooking a beautiful outdoor pool area, complete with communal grills and picnic tables for outdoor dining. For year-round enjoyment, take a dip in the temperature-controlled indoor pool or unwind in the hot tub. The upstairs loft, though not accessible, emphasizes the high ceilings, creating an open and airy atmosphere throughout the home. Please note there are approximately 10 stairs to access the front door of the condo (there is NOT an elevator).

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.
For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

The unit is in a good location. A key less lock would have nice. The pick up and then drop off was about 2 miles away. Unit was available at the scheduled time. Unit was broom swept but the floors were dirty. When we started to look under furniture we found lots of fruit loops, Cheerios , tee shirt, tube of suntan cream, and a sock.Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cups etc.

Great property! We have stayed in other units at this location and have always had great experiences. Property is clean and quiet. Short walk to the beach. 5 mins drive to Tanger and Walmart becasue we all know we can't miss out on Walmart even at the beach! There was not a hot tub on site, the one advertised is at the property next door. But other than that, we had no issues at all!

The condo itself is about a 5 minute drive to the main road in Myrtle beach and a 5 minute walk to the beach down a quiet road. Condo is on the second floor right next to the stairs. Outside pool is right out back. Pool and grounds are well maintained. Plenty of parking right in front of the building. Dumpster for garbage right around the corner. The condo itself is in great shape. The only issue I had during the week was after the HOA sprayed for bugs we had 5-6 what they call palmetto bugs, I call cockroaches were seen by us. I reached out to Itrip and was told it’s normal. Maybe it is. But for me it’s not. One ended up in our luggage and was discovered upon going through our stuff back at home. Maybe they are normal in Myrtle beach. It is not back home. I reached out to Itrip about the bug brought home and was told they are normal with a lengthy email stating so. At the end of the day, my children had fun in the area and I thought it was a safe place to stay.

Family vacation

The property location is convenient to local attractions. The condo is spacious and stocked with utensils, plates, cookware etc. There are beach chairs/ wagon/ toys also. The property was not cleaned well upon arrival. The floors were filthy and we had to buy cleaners to clean the floors. The deck off of the master bedroom was piled with debris from trees, so we could not utilize the master bedroom deck. There is quite a large cleaning fee, so the expectation is that the property is cleaned well. The kitchen was not swept and food particles were on the floor. We had to sweep that also. There were crumbs and debris under the couches along with dried food splatters and such on the couch, and furniture. The entrance was full of sand and shells, we had to clean all of that so as to not track sand into the condo. The tenants below us were constantly on their deck smoking marijuana. We had an infant with us and could not enjoy the main screened in porch either. The pool was very close to room and easily accessible.

Everything was great. The location is a easy 2 block walk to the beach. There is a little market to grab small stuff. Coffee shop an ice cream in the same area which is super nice to grab a cup of coffee an walk the beach in the morning
