Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Luxury Condo!

Relax in the luxury of a beautiful, 3 bedroom, third floor oceanfront condo. Located in the magnificent Kingston Plantation at the North end of Myrtle Beach. From the moment you open the double entry doors to the condo you realize the resplendent elegance of this beautifully furnished and decorated 2500 square foot condo. As you walk into the palatial 24 foot great room you are drawn to the balcony and the majestic view of the pools, beach and ocean below you.

Our condo is located in the Margate Tower of the gated resort at Kingston Plantation. It has 3 bedrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen, 3 baths, a full size washer and dryer, and sleeps 10. Kingston Plantation is a one-of-a-kind lush landscaped resort, several wonderful restaurants. It's everything you want and expect from a luxury condo.

While you are relaxing at Kingston Plantation you will think you are worlds away from the hassles of every day life, in reality you are minutes away from Myrtle Beach's Restaurant Row, the unique shopping experiences of Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet mall, The Carolina Opry , the Alabama theater, and so much more. If shopping and theaters are fine but you want to hit the links, you are just a short drive from over 100 of the countries finest golf courses.

It's all here at our Kingston Plantation condo and it's waiting for you. Myrtle Beach is easy to get to, just a day's drive from most eastern and mid-west locations. The near by Myrtle Beach airport is serviced by several airlines. The weather is great all year long.

There are no refunds for cancellations less then 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

This property is not in great condition. There is a large stain on the living room floor and the leather furniture is showing considerable signs of wear. The bathroom in the master had either dirt or mold on the shower door. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of utensils and dishes/cookwear. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and many excellent restaurants in the area. We have stayed in Margate many times and love the property. Unfortunately this unit was not up to our expectations.

Spring Break Fun.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our group consisted of three generations including two seniors with mobility issues and a five year old. Everyone felt right at home. The host pays attention to details. The unit was well stocked, the view excellent, and the host was very responsive. We are already planning a return trip.

Lovely condo, but`

We had a lovely time and it is a beautiful condo but not very disability friendly. My husband has Parkinson's disease and was very fearful of your showers with no grab bars. I purchased 2 suction grab bars while we were there which solved the problem. It would be a good addition to have grab bars in the showers and next to the toilets.

Disappointing

When we walked in the condo we were hit with a sewage smell and the master bedroom smelled bad. The property manager said the cleaner smelt this too in the am. They didnt even warn us. The place was dirty. The pool is not heated and the hot tub was luke warm. We were very sad. We stayed before and it was good.

Fabulous

There was plenty of space for the 7 of us to stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was accessible. The laundry was right off the kitchen with a door that shut it off from the rest of the condo—this made it both convenient and quiet. We appreciated having beach chairs and other beach items for our use already at the condo. The owners were very communicative and quick to respond. The location was perfect. Early morning sun on the balcony leads to shade the rest of the day. It’s a great place to read or have a cup of coffee. Both the beach and the pool are just steps away. This is a great place to stay!

Beautiful Condo and Setting

The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Its decor was a feast for our eyes. The building was lovely as were its surrounding pools and gardens. It was simply a beautiful place for a vacation.
