Sometimes you just need that extra space . The main level features : deluxe kitchen ,dining room , 2 balconies, 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. The top floor is more focused on game lounge: 2 bedrooms , separate living room w/pool table & 1.5 baths Highly desirable area of Myrtle Beach right next to family kingdom and 200 yards from the Atlantic Ocean. Located in a super cute building with family owned storefronts on ground level.

We loved the location and proximity to our venue. The home had multi floor layout providing spacious accommodation for the group. The pool table and game console were great! Thanks for the hospitality!Torri McCullough

The location was great! Quick easy walk to the beach, and the perfect amount of space for my group of 8 people.However, the house is dirty and in desperate need of a deep clean and a few repairs. The fridge was leaking water on to the kitchen floor, bathroom sink was leaking and we had to use pots to catch the water.There were thick layers of dust on the walls and fixtures, hair from past guests throughout the bathrooms, mold on the shower liners, yellow stained pillows and damp linens.This house would be 5 stars if it were clean and well maintained. Great location, I hope that the owners give it the TLC that it needs.

Great location

The property was in a great location. It was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to local attractions. The property was clean and well-maintained and our host was gracious and promptly responded to our questions. We would definitely rent this property again!!

Be ready to climb!

Great spot! Be ready to climb 23 stairs and then another 16 for additional space to relax, watch TV and play pool. The beach across the street is ideal and having chairs to sit on perfect. Great experience and space for a large group.

Great location & lots of space

Great location. The beach is less than a five minute walk. The south end of the boardwalk is only a few blocks away and there are lots of other things to do within a few minute walk. The place has plenty of space. We had 8 adults and could have had several more. There are quite a few stairs (a long flight to the main level and a long flight to the third floor) but unless you have mobility issues it shouldn't be a problem.

Wonderful, easy beachfront stay for big group!

I booked this place for as maid of honor for a joint bachelor/bachelorette party. There were about 12 of us total and we all fit very comfortably in the cool and clean apartment. There was plenty of space for us all, it was a 2 minute walk from the beach, and we were right above a number of cafes and restaurants. The only thing I suggest is to consider bringing your own coffee / coffee maker if you have a big group! Though there's also a lovely cafe downstairs. :) A perfect weekend getaway -- we had the best time, check in was easy, and there was lots of common area for group hangouts/activities! Would definitely go back!

Great Stay for a Motley Crew

Short walk to the beach, 4 minute walk to Villa Romana—a unique Italian gem of Myrtle. Very centrally located and Kyle was amazing with communication and fixing anything that might have come up. Will be back with our next large group!

Awesome location

My family and I had a awesome time. We enjoyed the shops under the condo...breakfast shop and ice cream. Nothing bad at all about our stay except for the steps. There's a lot of steps. Maybe include a parking pass per room would be great. The host was awesome and responded promptly to any questions I had. It was a great!

My 45th Birthday Stay over

The location and property is Beautiful as pictured. My family/friends and I enjoyed the space and game room. However we had to do some lite cleaning upon arrival and some of the chairs at the table were broken. The kitchen faucet needs to be repaired. Last but not least We didn't realize that you have to climb stairs to even enter this property to enter the house main level. But the Host was very accommodating and responsive to my messages very quickly!!

This was a great place to rent for a few days - close to the beach and rides, among other things. It did get pretty loud outside at night, but may have just been proximity to beach during MDW.

Nice Large Location, close to the beach

This townhouse was very nice, neat, and spacious for our family of 5. Everyone had their own rooms and could enjoy playing pool and walking to local attractions. The owner was very easy to contact with any questions and the whole process was as great as the stay.
