Gulfstream Cottages MRV28 is a charming 2-bedroom 2-bath home situated just a short walk from the beach and airy comfortable accommodations for up to 7 people. Gather your closest friends or relatives for a beach vacation on the south end of Myrtle Beach.

Entry from the covered front porch is a breeze with keyless entry. Warm tile flooring greets with a cozy sectional sofa , a coffee table and a large slat screen TV with Roku. The first floor level offers a laundry area with a washer and dryer. A full-bathroom with a shower is on the first level.

Gather around the dining room table with seating for 4 to eat or play. The kitchen features black on black appliances complimented with smooth granite counters and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in for family and friends.

The bedrooms are both located on the second level. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed while the second has a queen-size bed and twin-size bed. Both bedrooms have comfortable bedding and a television with Roku. There is a shared full bathroom.

Enjoy the manicured lush landscaped greens and on warm days plunge into the refreshing outdoor community swimming pool.

Gulfstream Cottages is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South on the southern side of Myrtle Beach, just minutes to all attractions, shopping and dining. Play a few rounds of golf in the Golf Capitol of the World with over 100 championship courses to choose from. Fill your wish lists at the two Tanger Outlets, Market Common and the assorted malls and shopping centers. Set sail for a high seas adventure on a fishing charter, kayaking and scuba diving. Family fun can't be topped at Family Kingdom Amusement Park with wood and steel rollercoasters and Splashes Waterfront Waterpark. Visit Broadway at the Beach for an assortment of fun dining choices and entertaining museums like WonderWorks and the Hollywood Wax Museum. Gulfstream Cottages MRV28 offers the ideal location for a seaside getaway.

We also have multiple 2-and 3-bedroom cottages located in the same neighborhood, and multiple direct oceanfront 1- and 2-bedroom condos next to Boardwalk. Please let me know if you are interested in these properties.

Please contact the owner before you book if you have service animals. $300 refundable deposit will be required to cover the deep cleaning cost if the service animals make the property messy and smelly.

Great place to spend the week! He was a great host and very informative on check in and out procedures. It's very easy to access and close to everything! We will definitely check it out again when we come to Myrtle Beach!

Home away from home.

Check in was a breeze. Kitchen facilities was great, utensils were all there. WiFi spot on, walking distance to beach also to Walmart. Very quiet community, pool was couple feet away from cottage, mini golf course was walking distance. Some areas of cottage need some fresh paint, few scuffs here and there. Overall great place to vacation.

Wonderful family get-away

We go annually for the F-Body Beach Bash and this was our first time staying at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here with our adult children, access to the beach was wonderful and a quick walk. Communication with the owner was wonderful, he was quick to respond for any questions we might have. Would recommend this home to others.

Great place

I enjoyed the stay and the condo was nice. The only thing that could be improved is the cleaners need to do a more thorough cleaning of the place. Other than that everything else was good.

All in all, the property was mostly clean, and the location was safe and convenient to the beach. My only issue was that the presentation was discouraging compared to the photos on the app. The furniture was old; I wasn't sure if it was safe to lounge on the living room furniture. We got past that as a family and still enjoyed our stay. The walls were dirty; the place just looks old inside.

House was just what we needed. Good location and short walk to beach.

Short drive to the boardwalk or to the Market Commons. Beach is also just a block away. There is property security that comes through often. Make sure you put your parking tag in windshield because they do check often. Forgot to put ours in first day and they asked about it. I was glad to see they were watching the facility. Owner had good communication and made our stay very accommodating.

Deceiving… needs some cleaning

Cleanliness was very subpar. The floors and walls were filthy. I tried to clean the floors myself and the mops were jet black and unusable. Also, pictures are outdated and not accurate to the listing. Otherwise, the pool and neighborhood were great. Very friendly community as well. It does get a little sketchy when you leave the condo area though.

Beware!

The list of issues is very long - here are a few - many roaches, maggots in bottom of trash can, bugs everywhere... dirty dishes... no way to turn on the fan in bedroom.. no way to adjust the fan in the other bedroom or downstairs living room...no batteries in remote so never got to turn on the tv...just very disappointed.

Poorly kept

The cottage served it’s purpose for us as far as having a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable. We had a group of 6 including my 1 year old. There is not adequate seating in the living room for this many people even though the description states it accommodates this many people. The cottage itself was filthy. I went out and bought a mop and swifter as well as Lysol wipes and scrub n bubbles for the showers. The floors were so dirty my baby’s feet were black. The walls look like they’ve never been washed. The place just needs a deep clean but otherwise it was fine. The pool area was nice and we also used the grill twice for dinner.

5 min walk to the beach

Great location only a 5 min walk to the beach. Pool is only 50 yards from the front door of the townhouse. Everyone within the community was friendly, and a pretty quite community for the most part. I would say the townhouse does need better cleaning but other then that book this location!

My Stay Experience

It was very nice, the neighborhood was quiet and everyone there was very nice. When we arrived at the property at 4 pm (our check in time) the cleaners were not complete. They said they would "finish really fast" and did not do a very efficient job. The floors were dirty up/downstairs and the pull out couch was very dirty and had a random plastic bag on it. Other than that we had no issues !

We enjoyed our stay and liked the location, very short walk to the beach and walmart. Host was nice and answered our questions. The house was pretty dirty when we arrived, some things seemed to not have been cleaned at all prior which was the only problem we had

Indiana Girls

Everything was good. There are a couple things you might want to be a where of. When using the dryer it keeps running if you set it on the heavy setting. We used it again but used the timed setting and it worked just find. There is a chair on the back patio the has a broken arm. If someone doesn’t see this they may fall. We enjoyed our girls vacation and would stay again. Thank you

Good location close to the beach

All in all a good stay. It was super close to the beach and not too far from the boardwalk to drive to. One issue that did happen was people stole some items off our front porch overnight, but this was reported to police and property management so hopefully they can find them.
