  • Gulfstream Cottages MRV25 is a charming 2-bedroom 2-bath home situated just a short walk from the beach and airy comfortable accommodations for up to 7people. Gather your closest friends or relatives for a beach vacation on the south end of Myrtle Beach.

    Entry from the covered front porch is a breeze with keyless entry. Warm vinyl plank flooring greets with a cozy sectional sofa with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a coffee table with 4 slide-out ottomans and a large slat screen TV with Roku. The first floor level offers a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Both of the bathrooms in this unit feature a warming electric bidet toilet a seat, a full-bathroom with a shower is on the first level.

    Gather around the dining room table with seating for 4 to eat or play. The kitchen features black on black appliances complimented with smooth granite counters and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in for family and friends.

    The bedrooms are both located on the second level. The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed while the second has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have comfortable bedding and a television. There is a shared full bathroom with a bidet and shower. In a quiet corner of one bedroom is a desk with a flip down work top and easy access outlets. For extra sleeping space the owner has added two roll away beds.

    Relax on the back patio with seating for 6 and a gas grill to cook up burgers and steaks. Enjoy the manicured lush landscaped greens and on warm days plunge into the refreshing outdoor community swimming pool.

    Gulfstream Cottages is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South on the southern side of Myrtle Beach, just minutes to all attractions, shopping and dining. Play a few rounds of golf in the Golf Capitol of the World with over 100 championship courses to choose from. Fill your wish lists at the two Tanger Outlets, Market Common and the assorted malls and shopping centers. Set sail for a high seas adventure on a fishing charter, kayaking and scuba diving. Family fun can't be topped at Family Kingdom Amusement Park with wood and steel rollercoasters and Splashes Waterfront Waterpark. Visit Broadway at the Beach for an assortment of fun dining choices and entertaining museums like WonderWorks and the Hollywood Wax Museum. Gulfstream Cottages MRV25 offers the ideal location for a seaside getaway.

    We also have multiple 2-and 3-bedroom cottages located in the same neighborhood, and multiple direct oceanfront 1- and 2-bedroom condos next to Boardwalk. Please let me know if you are interested in these properties.

Great Host!

After booking, Frank was very responsible and answered any and all questions. Upon settling in around 10:30 pm the tv was not working, Frank called and walked us through it to fix it even at 10:30pm. Anything that came up I messaged him and he responded within the hour which is rare for VRBO host! Definitely recommend staying at Franks.

Family spring break

The listing was generally accurate as far as location and house. The listing did not mention a very old couch with stains despite a couch cover nor the fact that the AC unit cannot cool lower than 70 degrees. The upstairs was pretty warm and we stayed during the springtime.

Need new furniture in living room. Sofa was dirty and dining room chairs were dirty. Shower curtain liners were molded. Place was nice other than those two things.

Wonderful!

We had a great time staying here for the week. The location was very close to the beach but far enough away to avoid a lot of foot and car traffic. There is plenty of room to accommodate small and large families alike. High recommend choosing this property for a Myrtle Beach vacation!

Great location for family vacation.

We appreciated the property location - just 2 short blocks from the beach and a short drive (or pleasantly long walk) to major boardwalk attractions. The pool was always clean and the entire complex was quiet and well maintained. We would rate the cleanliness level higher (inside the home was very clean) but we couldn’t use the backyard b/c the large trash cans there were dirty and were seemingly overrun with flies. Beyond that, the home interior and front porch were awesome and it was exactly the type of property we needed as we didn’t want to be in crowded spaces. Check in was easy and the local community was really nice. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others.

Excellent stay

Everything went smoothly, the beach was close (as stated) and there were plenty of places that were near by for the kids to do things. The location was quiet and felt safe. The only complaint was the grill that was used by the previous renters and not cleaned. Not enough to not give it a good rating though.

Great location within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and Walmart. Very safe with no issues. The property could use some updating with carpeting and a fresh coat of paint, but it was clean and we had everything we needed. Frank was great to work with.

Pandemic relief

This was our first time using a rental. Price was perfect. House was just right for our family of five. Short walk to beach. The salt water pool was a nice surprise.

Great Girls Getaway

This was the perfect house for a great girls getaway! It was close to the beach and in a safe neighborhood. Close to the airport and within minutes to the attractions via automobile or contracted driving service.

Wonderful cottage

We rented this unit and it was exactly as it showed on the pictures. The unit was clean and it was big enough for our big group. The unit owner was very nice and he let us checken earlier! Everyone loved our unit and we will be back!
