Make yourself at home in this cozy three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront condo. The 12th floor unit features plenty of sophisticated updates, stunning views from a private balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and sleeping room for up to ten. Wake up next to the ocean in the large master bedroom in your king-sized bed that overlooks the balcony. The oversized bathroom includes a separate soaker tub and shower. There are two queen beds in the guest rooms. The comfortable couches in the living room overlook the balcony where youll find a table and chairs for wave watching. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

Nice Condo but…

The unit was spacious, comfortable and had a fantastic view. Pros-spacious unit, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, clean, great view, nice size balcony and on the beach. Cons or things to be aware of-all parking is across the street so loading or unloading can be a problem during busy times. No dishwasher pods, dish soap nor paper products provided. Maintenance issues not resolved quickly in our case. We would rent this unit again but come prepared with all paper products, soap, etc that we would need.

Perfect family spot

Our family of 8 really enjoyed this rental. Each bedroom has its own bath, the public living spaces are sizeable, the kitchen is adequately equipped, but the BEST part is the ocean view from the 12th floor balcony! Rental managers were friendly and quick to help when we called about a minor issue. We would stay here again!
