Location, Location.. On the Course & a 5 minute ride to the BEACH!

  • The Golf Course Condo is in Myrtle Beach and is a light sunny, beach theme, cozy yet modern - 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom condo, located on the second-floor. It has a walk up stairway (one level) and an elevator conveniently located in the center of the building.
    No expense spared. Contactless check-in is also a nice bonus as we have a keypad on the front door.
    We have amazing mattresses (we travel a lot and know how important a good night sleep is) All smart TVs, comfortable patio set on an oversized, private balcony, to enjoy a nice beverage after a fun day on vacation. Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. (I have cooked a Thanksgiving dinner here). We have you covered with beach towels, cooler and chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and dog-friendly, with excellent walking paths and or biking (Magnolia Place), and it is centrally located to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach is really close and has so much to see and do. Even on a rainy day, Broadway at the Beach, has many neat themed shops, Wonderworks, Pop Golf, restaurants and so much more. We enjoy going to the Hangout at Broadway and listeningto the live bands in the comfort of the Adirondack chairs they provide. The condo is also perfectly centered around many Golf Courses, the MB Convention Center, Shopping, Water parks, Top Golf.... you name it!
    My husband and I love the beach on 38th Ave (5 minute drive) and for our golf lovers, the property is located on two golf courses; Pine Hills and Palmetto, we walk there all the time. Repeat snowbird guests are welcome and many return year after year. Early booking is recommended for peak winter months

Winter Getaway

Another great stay at this lovely property. So nice to escape the winter and spend some time in the warm sunshine. Weather was great, found an excellent Italian restaurant on this trip and will definitely stay again.

Nice area and friendly hosts who gave a quick response when we had some trouble with getting into the pool. Very handy to have the washer and dryer. Our favorite part was having the walk/run trail right across the street and we all got a few miles in each morning that it wasn’t raining.
