Grand Atlantic unit 905 is a direct ocean front unit, close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, and the airport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. This 1100 Sq ft unit accommodates 8 with a fully stocked kitchen.

About the condo:
This is a direct oceanfront, 1100 sq ft, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 9th floor condo located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an in suite private bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds. In addition, the living room has a full sized pullout couch. The unit features a large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the extensive amenities, which include a full gym, game room, and 5 pools including indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tub, indoor and outdoor kiddies` pools with a mushroom waterfall and bubbles, and a fun 170 ft lazy river. All pools offer gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean! Parking is located in the same building as the unit and provides the guest with 2 spots.

About the area:
There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Family Kingdom, a family theme park is only a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Palace Theater.

Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo.

This property is Smoke Free. Guests may only smoke in the designated smoking areas around the building. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room.

You must be over 25 years of age to book this condo.

Guest have access to all the amenities in the property.
This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies.

This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300.

You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old.

There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met:

• No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in
• Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner
• All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly
• No linens or household items are missing or damaged
• No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner
• The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies
• No pets of any kind are kept on premises
• No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium
• Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit
• You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner

Cancellation Policy:
• You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in
• You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in
• If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in
• We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met

We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in.

Tenant agrees to the following:
1. Maintain the premises in good condition.
2. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner.
3. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time.
4. Excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file or retained from the damage deposit.
5. Be responsible for and reimburse owner for replacement or repair of any damage to the condo or contents thereof caused as a result of misuse, neglect, negligence on the part of the Tenant or Tenant’s family, or guest for damage done above the amount held for the damage deposit.
6. Hold Owner harmless from any claims, action, damages, liabilities and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage or loss to personal property, arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon or at the leased premises, occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of Tenant, or Tenant’s family, or guests or as the result of any defective item on the premises.

The beach was great. The beds were very comfortable. The condo definitely needs new living room furniture. I emailed the host to tell them the door on refrigerator was broken and the living room chair had been slashed and received no comment back. The carpets could use a cleaning. The location to pick up the keys is difficult to find at night and the uber driver said the neighborhood isn’t the best. Which is a concern for 4 women.

The condo was fine. They were doing construction next door so we woke to pounding and banging at 8am most days. I would also note that several things were broken and they were bandaided together to avoid fixing correctly or replacing. But we figured out how to open the fridge without using the handle that had fallen off and was 1/2 attached with screws and a piece of metal, we learned where the lamps in the 2nd bedroom were since the switches did not work, and the metal bracket on the sliding door kept it closed despite the lock not working. I bought kcups for coffee and figured out if you press real hard on the top of the machine - it stays on while brewing a cup. All of this plus needing to drive across town to get the key before checking in all made it seem like a "cheapest is best" attitude towards the guest experience.The location was great and the time of year meant few guests and no compeition for chairs at the pool. So we had a relaxing time and enjoyed our stay. But for the price of the condo we could have stayed at a hotel and not had so many bandaides.

The property was immaculately clean. The only issue I will note is that the AC was broken when I arrived at the condo but a tech was there within 10 mins after I arrived to fix it. My issue is that I was not notified that there was a problem with the AC or that I should have been expecting someone… other than that I have zero complaints.

Nice Getaway

Property is nice, spacious, and very clean. Traveled with 3 adults and 2 small children (3 & 5).2 semi-complaints: the fridge door handle was broken with a sharp edge sticking out and the laundry bi-fold doors had slats that kept falling and the door wouldn't stay shut. It's in the main hallway so we had to prop it closed to pass.BUT, those are purely cosmetic and I am sure will be repaired soon. Other than that everything was lovely.Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are very spacious, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels were available (more than "starter" as listed IMO). Property was VERY clean and communication with homeowners was excellent with fast response times. Smart TV in the living room and cable TV's in the bedrooms. Walmart Market right around the corner (0.3 miles) was very convenient.Would stay again and highly recommend!

Condo was ok. (Missing towel bar in bathroom, not all electrical outlets worked, couch has seen better days). I would say the main issue we had was being told the pool area should be complete by May 18. We were not even aware the pool was under construction until after we had paid for the week. The whole time we were there we heard the noise of the workers, (above us on the balcony, hammering of workers redoing walkways to the beach. The pool was not even close to being complete and was not worked on much while we were there.So when all construction is done, a few small improvements in the condo. It will be a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. It is also close to good restaurants and many activities for children.

Spring Break

We were close to Baseball which is why we came down from Ohio. The condo gave us beach access, which was great. Outdoor pools and patios were closed, which was a bummer. Not the hosts fault, but the workers moved all the patio furniture inside, taking up room and creating a mess one shower curtain bowed out so much that water ran out ,as the curtain wouldn’t close. The furniture needs upgraded.
