Offering enough space and amenities to host up to four-six lucky guests, this family-friendly beach retreat is the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Gather with your friends in the little private patio and share a fun time planning your next adventures, telling fun stories, or having a snack. There are a couple of rocking chairs on the front porch to enjoy your steamy morning coffee and start your day off on the right foot. The shared outdoor pool is about 50 steps from your home away from home and is the perfect place to unwind if you visit during the summer months. There's an outdoor shower at the pool area to rinse off the chlorine before heading back home.

Offering a prime and unbeatable location only 500 yards away from the beach, this home is the perfect home base for your next beach-cation. You'll be centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach and near the SkyWheel and the Ripley's Believe it or Not museum. A grocery store and local favorites E Noodles, as well as Angus Steakhouse and Seafood, are close by, while the Myrtle Beach Airport is only two miles away. Experience a thrilling afternoon at Family Kingdom Amusement Park, which is a short one and a half mile drive.

House was wonderful. Perfect size for our group and centrally located to everything. Pool was great even though it was cold we swam the first day. Neighborhood was quiet and owner was super responsive. Also beds slept great.

So, the property is about 2.5 blocks from the beach. Pool was close. Small. We had a hard time with the pin code to get in. It didnt work. House didnt look like pictures posted. Back patio is small, doesnt have umbrella, has only a small small table, only enough room for 3 people to sit, one person sat on a cooler while we were back there. Flies were terrible. Trash was left behind garbage can, and recycling was full when we got there. Never emptied. Trash still in can when we got there swarmed with flies. Only 1 dish towel and two wash cloths. We had to go buy more for cleaning. No tvs in either bedroom. No lamps. Had to use ceiling lighting. Surrounding area is degraded. A lot of boarded up motels, closed down. Close to grocery, gas and liquor stores. Raccoons were out at night on property. Beach was nice. We had a good time walking the beach and swimming when not over crowded. We thoroughly cleaned everything before we left. Including front glass door, was greasy when we got there. Only two rolls of toilet paper for the whole week for 4 people. One for each bathroom. We had to buy more. No dressers. Just one two drawer nightstand in each bedroom. Towels for bathroom were fully stocked.
Trash left in can. Was there when we got there.
Recycling was full upon arrival. Never emptied.
Trash left behind garbage can when we got there. Tons of flies.

Me my best friend and our two boys went on vacation and we stayed in this house. It was perfect for four of us. Great location, no issues. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

We loved our stay! It’s extremely well located. Close to all attractions. Quick walk to the beach. One block from the grocery store. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. I recommend this beach house.

Review

The place was clean although it wasn’t a home it was a townhouse and it wasn’t a private pool like it said it was a community pool for the neighborhood of townhouses. So we weren’t very pleased with that but made the best of it anyway. The property was clean and it was quietBut the shower head was leaking and didn’t have much pressure and the valve meaning the hot and cold handle needs adjusting or replaced other than that it was a decent stay. We do like privacy so I doubt we would go back to this said property being it wasn’t a private home like it said on the ad on vbro

There was a stale oder in the house. It smelled old you might want to add some plug-in air fresheners. The shower curtain liners need to be replaced as they are getting a little grungy. A couple more pots and pans would be great. Otherwise i enjoyed my stay. It served the purpose. and pans would be useful

Nice place a little short on amenities.

The place was clean when we arrived. There was however not enough pots and pans in the kitchen. The TV also didn’t have any tv service or even a cheap antenna would have been nice.

Sooo perfect

My self my mother in law and 3 teenage daughters had the best time at this location. We were able to walk to the beach, mini golf across the street, surf shop right around the corner! The location was perfect for all our needs. I can't express how adorable this property is. We will return no questions asked!! Easy check in and communication with host was easy!
