A getaway from home

A great place to stay but there were things that could have been better. It took two days to get things done, the stove eyes didn't work ,the coffee pot didn't work,lights outside didn't work and a lamp was messed up. The good points were it was very clean and was well supplied. Would stay here again. l Loved the location.

Great unit but in need of maintenance and deep cleaning

All was good as far as ocean view, decor and set-up, but the floors were sandy and dirty, closet doors kept coming off their track, cabinet knobs were sticky, stove top was filthy, and furniture needed a good cleaning. Once we cleaned everything and put sheets over the couch we felt very comfortable

Would use the VROB stay again.

Location was good. Close to Kingdom Park and Pier 14 but far enough to not have the traffic. Unit is better for a family with small kids though 4 adults had enough room. The mattresses NEED to be changed in bedroom and Murphy bed.

vacation

we had a great time on our trip, condo was clean, and the beds were even comfy. the only thing i didn’t like and didn’t realize when i booked is the check in location is not the same place as the condo, but that really wasn’t a big deal, i just think it should’ve been more upfront.. thank you for providing a wonderful condo for me and my friend to enjoy our yearly beach trip!!

Dirty and smoke detector problems

The ceilings have black spots not sure mold or durt floors dirty. The smoke detecor in 2 rooms chirping called 4 times never got help. Very disappointed in elliott response to that.

Great location but not great condo

The location was great ! The rental agency was good to work with but because the condo is not owned by them so they are limited what they can do. The furniture in the living room needs to be completely replaced as well as appliances. Rust was just covered up with paint . There is mold on the ceiling in the kitchen . You smell mildew as soon as you walk in. If they made those changes they could charge a lot more because the location is amazing

Great location - no security/staff

The room was very small compared to what the photos looked like. It was a great location but it did not feel secure. The doors to the building and gates to the pool were always open. Not once for the entire week did I see any security. The fridge door did not close day 1 and the company came right out and switched it day 2 with a used door which looked like it had been painted. All the items in the room are dated. The towel hanger fell off the wall day 1 also. Elliot beach company was very responsive anytime something happened. The view and location was great. The pools were all very small. We loved the beach. I did notice a few homeless wondering the parking garage. We won't stay here again.

Nice stay

Had a great stay. The only negative I would say is the couch was definitely an old one. The pictures show as newer and not stained. We had to put a sheet over it to feel comfortable sitting on it. Also the pull out mattress had a giant stain on the bottom of it. The Murphy bed mattress was also dirty and not appealing. We had to purchase an air mattress to sleep on. Other than that we really enjoyed the property. The staff was very nice as well.

Overall great place.

Condo was clean and easily accessible from elevator. Pool area was clean and there was seating available. Super easy quick access to beach which is a great reason to stay at this location - especially if you have kids or traveling with someone who has mobility issues. Sliding door to balcony was super heavy and hard to move but host was responsive so I expect it will be addressed. Overall nice place I would stay at again.

Overall was very happy.... customer service on the front end was a bit spotty. For check had to drive to get an envelope to take to the property and check in a second time... they said they didnt need it and never even looked at it..maybe eliminate that step...but the condo was great..wonderful view..pictures are accurate..would definitely stay again.

Great view from balcony

When we arrived we had to stop at rental management location to let them know we had arrived. I talked to the person at the front and they said the room was ready. We were a little early so i was glad we could go ahead and go to the rental property. When i got there the person at the front desk said they didn't see my reservation. They told me to call rental management company to send them email. I called and stayed on hold for 10 minutes and never got to talk to a real person. I then went back to front desk and asked for manager because i didn't want to drive back to rental management location. When i talked to the manager he said he found my reservation and that it was there fault and he would get me booked in. This was the only problem i had. The room was nice and the rest of my stay was great.

Comfortable stay

Overall it was a decent place to stay. It was very clean - but whatever they use to disinfect/sanitize had a very strong smell that bothered me most of the week. I bought a couple of candles to help reduce the smell. Perfect beach view. Easy to get in and out of. On-site parking was very nice. Furniture/fixtures looked aged.

Week stay for 6

Our stay was good, the listing says it holds 8, which yes there is technically enough beds but there is not a lot of room at all at this condo, one of our burners on the stove didn’t work so it did make it difficult to cook for a family of 6 with the small pots and pans. The rental company did respond quickly to all questions asked. Unfortunately we had someone above and beside us constantly smoking on their deck so we constantly were smelling smoke or having ashes dropped on us. The actual staff at the resort were not very friendly either (again not the rental company’s fault Just unfortunate) Overall the property was pretty good, the view from the patio was great, and pools were a hit for the kiddos! I’d just recommend for a family of 2-4 as it is tight quarters!
