Grande Shores Oceanfront Resort is unique in that its white sandy beaches are shared along side a quiet residential neighborhood while being conveniently located near some of the best resturants, golf courses, shopping areas, and entertainment Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Your family and friends are sure to enjoy the resort's wide aray of amenities which include the indoor and outdoor heated pools, 2 outdoor lazy rivers; 1 ground level ocean side next to 1 of the pools and the other on the 7th floor roof top near 5 of the hot tubs; all encompassed by elevated panoramic shoreline views.

Offered for your convenience and dinning pleasure is the resort's full service on-site restaurant, Shoreline Cafe, equipped with a bar that includes a happy hour and daily drink specials. The outdoor oceanfront pool area is equipped with both a staffed grill that serves lunch daily and a bar serving all types of drinks.

Unit 323 has recently been redecorated so as to provide additional comfort and relaxation pleasures. Each of the 2 bedroom has a HD Flat Screen TV. The living room is also equipped with a HD Flat Screen TV. The kitchen has several small appliances and is well equipped for whatever level of food preparation you desire. Off from the kitchen area is a washer and dryer. Bed linens and bathroom towels are also provided. Housekeeping service is only at time of departure..

The master bedroom offers 1 king bed with covered balcony while the second bedroom has 2 queen beds with a window. The unit sleeps 8. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room in case additional privacy is desired.

Because of the unit's location, covered parking is directly in front of the entrance way door of the unit for added convenience.

No smoking or pets are allowed.

NOTE: Responsible party (person who signs the contract) must be at least 25 years old and remain at the condo for the duration of the rental period . Photo ID is required with signed contract.

Bill the host is responsive and easy to work with. I truly appreciate the fully stocked kitchen, which allowed me to adequately prepare a holiday meal. I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 only because the living room furniture was not comfortable. The bedroom furniture was great and allowed plenty of clothes storage for our long stay.

No toilet paper and only one set of towels in each bathroom for three people. It would have been better with more towels. Place was clean and centrallylocated for easy access to surrounding restaurants, cafes and walking distance to many fun spots.

Despite the weather, we did enjoy the hot tub. The condo was nice and clean. We had all the essentials we needed. The view was amazing to see in the morning the ocean first thing when we sat outside.

This is the best one! Everything was fine. The beds were very comfortable. Home decor made you feel like you were home. We will be coming back. The pictures were like what we saw online. We were quite impressed! Thank you so much!

The condo was very well stocked which made our a vacation a breeze. It was mostly clean and decorated nicely, beds were very comfortable and it had a vacuum. I know, I know who wants to vacuum but with a toddler, its a must! Only suggestion would be to do a deep clean of the furniture and wash the throw pillows and curtains, they were looking a little dirty with a few noticeable spots. Will definitely stay again and already looking at booking it!

This was a graduation/birthday gift for my son, and he had a blast. He brought friends with him that had never been to the beach and they were amazed. Condo was in great condition and everything was as stated on the website.

Nice Home

Very nice home with a view of the ocean, a couple hundred yards away. Our family of six was able to stay for a week and be very comfortable with room for everyone. Private parking garage helped for off street parking, parking very close to the condo and easy loading and unloading of our vehicle Host, Bill, was very communicative and responded to questions quickly. Very nice host. I would recommend this listing to anyone and will book again in the future

Nice place for a good price. Loved that it is right on the beach. The condo has everything you need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. My only complaint is that it wasnt very clean. Dishes were dirty and floor was not clean. Overall a good place to stay for the price you are paying

Our Stay at Grande Shores

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was off season so it was very quiet. The condo is in great shape. It has everything we need. The neighborhood is very nice. We look forward to staying again.

5 stars! Location! Quality! Service!

The stay was fabulous! Beach property with a side view from the balcony! We were able to take the elevator a walk into the beach in a minute. Everyone at the reception knew the owner and that he maintains the unit very well. The beach and ocean theme unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

Great location

The unit was clean and our location was just what we needed. However we had to Toilet paper and tissues there were no extras. There no baskets to put towels and bedding so we put them on the floor. I would definitely stay there again. It was a good price for our stay.
