Not what we expected

The location was great it was close to everything. But the condo smelled like weed and they were doing construction on the outside pools so they were closed. We couldn’t access the public beach cause it was closed too. Plus construction on the inside of hotel too was bad. It was just not a great stay for us.

Nice!

A short stay for three mature ladies traveling from Key West to Maine (one of us …. brrr). Easy access, great parking, working elevators.Clean condo with a nicely stocked kitchen! Lovely view too!!

Great Extended Family Experience

Stayed with sister and brother in law, daughter and son in law, and husband. Each couple had their own bathroom and bedroom. Shared areas were spacious. Balcony views of ocean were beautiful.

Could have been cleaner. Draws had some sand. Counters were not cleaned very well. Liners in showers need replaced. They should have kitchen towels. I would invest in coasters to avoid stains on the wood. There were spider webs. Balcony slider in living room does not lock.

Hadn’t stayed in Myrtle in a while, this is definitely further south than I would have liked to have been, but that was my fault. The building is fine, half hotel half condos. Pools were nice and clean. Walk to the beach was nice and convenient. Mostly clean in the condo, the floors were really really dirty though.

Family Vacation

We stayed at the Grand Atlantic for four nights and had a great time. Beautiful uncrowded pools, easy access to the ocean. Comfortable well appointed rooms. Fourth week of August was a great time to visit. Ate at Riptidz with no wait.

Family Vacation

The best part of this condo is the view!! The pictures in the listing are accurate, nothing more nothing less. The unit could use a deep clean, especially the floors. Over all it was good. The pools and hot tub were nice and weren’t too crowded. The location was amazing with plenty of restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay and would probably rent the unit again.

girls at the beach

location is awesome. right on the beach with a full beach view spacious. with in suite laundry. floors needs an extra clean. but it was done within an hr of our request we had an amazing time. between the beach and the pools.

Great place to stay and at least gotv2 days on the beach after the storms from the hurricane. Scoobys is right on the ground level so we didn’t have to leave to get food or drinks when it was bad outside. Lots of activities close by for everyone of all ages!!! Had a blast!!

Excellent condo, as advertised in the pictures. Check in process was very fast, employee was nice and helpful. Room was ready much early than expected. Unit was clean, facility was nice. Great location. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for the 7 of us

Great beach location for families.

Check in with Elliott Realty was fantastic. Parking in the parking garage was easy with plenty of spaces for our two cars. Our grandkids loved all of the different pools as well as the quick beach access. The unit was well furnished and comfortable. The only negative we’d have to say is the cleaning company definitely didn’t clean well. The floors especially weren’t clean and there were lots of crumbs under most of the furniture and in corners. We brought our own stick vac and damp swiffer just in case. Thankful we did. It still wasn’t enough but better. Just be sure to wear dark socks or flip flops/shoes inside. Other than that we enjoyed our stay for the week.

Spring break with family

The place was as advertised. We had a great trip. Could add dish towels/wash cloths. Get a new broom/sweeper. And make sure the place gets its floors cleaned asap. Our childrens feet were black from walking on the floor with no shoes. We bought our own mop/mr clean in an effort to help. We mopped twice...still dirty. The rooms were nice though and a great view.

The stay was ok. The check in process was not easy. The office was in one location. Drove to the room just for the key not to work. Then the lady at the front desk was rude. And charge us Ann additional $5.00 a key All she kept saying was I don’t work for Elliott

New Year 2024

I thought the property was NOT clean! There was no bread pan in the kitchen or dish rag and dish towels either, I’ve never stayed anywhere without these items and I’m not going to bring them from home. I think y’all can do better with this property. I will not stay in this property again, from now on I will book through the hotel.
